Excellent hotel, the staff on level 11 is super nice. The pool is excellent with good views. Free shuttle across the river was a good addon. Will recommend others Cheers!

Overall not bad. The view on 26th floor at the poolside is excellent. I will comeback again.

Clean, spacious with good services. The view is amazing. Restaurant is great. The hotel is far from all tourism attractions.

Clean hotel with wonderful customer service, this hotel is located above a multi-storey shopping mall with 7-eleven and Burger King that open 24-7. The staff is very friendly and the roof top swimming pool is amazing together with the famous roof top bar “Seen”. All rooms are river facing and if you really want to be picky, the only downside is the location, but wait, is this a good excuse to use their free shuttle boat service to iconsiam and Sathorn BTD (runs 8am till 11pm)? Will surely come again soon.

Room was changed for 2 times due to unexpected situation. Staff are very helpful, they keep asking and hope can improve the experience for us. Nice view in the hotel and food In the breakfast buffet is fine.

Great concierge service that helped us with luggage since lobby is at 11th floor. We checked in around 10pm at night and reception was quite slow and not as efficient and we waited for at least 10 mins for 1 guest check in infront of us, and by the time its our turn, there's 3 others waiting behind us. For a 5 star hotel, hotel can consider to improve check in experience, as well as prepare self service welcome drink etc. Great breakfast & good view from room.

We really enjoyed our stay from our check in up to checking out. The hotel staff are all accommodating and very helpful. The whole resort and hotel gave us a wonderful vibe vacation. Truly a pleasant quick escape!

Ladt year, I was eyeing this hotel for my Bangkok stay but unfortunately I booked another hotel. This year, I decided to book this for my sisters birthday. We stayed for one night. The receptionist is very helpful and they will treat you like a royalty. The simple gesture of opening taxi doors has a very big impact on guests like me specially if we are carrying many things. They would assists the guests and will make sure that everything is alright. We had a river side room amd it was the best decision ever. Seeing the Chao Praya river is just magical and has a very calming effect. The rooftop Bar seen is also spectacular. I was working in the rooftop since I work remotely and I was so happy because they have strong wifi. We also had breakfast for two which made our stay complete. Definitely will go back in this hotel.

Great hotel with lovely river views. Upgraded to junior suite for the bathtub. Breakfast variety was good as well. There was complimentary shuttle boat which was a huge plus. Service by the hotel staff were all excellent!! Highly recommended.

Is great to stay in Avani+ Riverside. The view of my room is nice and the environment of the hotel is great and we enjoy both services from Antara hotels and Avani hotels. Is suitable for a family 👪 vacation and couples 💑

Location is inconvenient so for from bts but service is very nice

I rent a car to traveling in Thailand. Drive to hotel very easy because good location. Then no need to left hotel can have good restaurant and foods for my 3 days in BKK.
