Rezt Hotel is located near to Bangkok New mall~Empheres,surrounding by restaurants and shopping centre like emporium,empheres and EmQuarter.hotel is very clean,room is medium size.Bed is comfortable and the staffs are very polite and attentive.hotel has a small kitchen and place the eat.ironing and they do provide washing machine to use.feel satisfied stay here.

An excellent accommodation experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly, the surroundings were impeccably clean, and the pricing was incredibly affordable. I appreciate the comfortable stay and great value. I look forward to returning in the future.

Hotel is ok, staff are not, rude and unhelpful the night receptionist wouldn’t book me a cab, point blank refused.

Nice clean hotel, at the end of a small street. 15mins from MRT station. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Отель чистый. Без живности. Местонахождение удобное. Близко метро. Интерьер простой. Вай фай работает. Остановиться на 1-2 ночи нормально

房間內部還好，就是空調不好調，不開熱死 開了能吹死，酒店服務不錯，洗澡沒有熱水立即給修好了。但酒店周圍環境不太喜歡，要穿過一條小巷子全是酒吧和按摩店。

저렴하게 머물기 좋습니다 친절하고 깨끗합니다 주변에 공사장이있어 낮엔 소음이 있습니다 4층에 머물렀는데 누수흔적과 곰팡이 냄새가 조금 있습니다 가격대비 만족합니다

SUPERB Location is great Cleanliness nothing to complaint Staff very friendly Stayed here for 2 times in a year, new big building is still in progress and sound so noisy but it is oke for us. From here, you can catch a transportation very easy and most of all, it is closed to Malls and public transport station.

Strategically located in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. The hotel is clean and comfortable, you can choose premium rooms or share rooms with many people. Friendly staff and quite complete facilities. Highly recommended for those of you who want to stay in the Sukhumvit area. You only need 10 minutes walk to Phrom Phong BTS Station.

Room was infested with BED BUGS!!! I went to clinic after 1 week and confirmed it. Spent ＄200+ for medicine and paid to professionally launder clothes at own expense. After I told hotel, they moved me to a new clean room. NEXT MORNING MANAGER CALLED ROOM AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE HOTEL AND THEY HAD CANCELLED MY BOOKING!!!!! No refund, no compensation, no explanation offered. They told me to leave hotel next day without so much as a “sorry for the inconvenience”. I had to even argue to get a late checkout (to 2pm) in order to pack my bags and find a new hotel to stay. They wanted me out in 2 hours no notice beforehand. They even still charged me for the hotel laundry service, which I used to wash my bed bug infested clothes, so not to “infect” the new room (which next day they kicked me out of). ****** So yeah, room had bed bugs, and when i asked to inform manager, they kicked me out of hotel (that I already paid for) next morning … no refund, no compensation, not even a sorry ******
