A beautiful hotel at a beautiful and convenient location. Will stay here again

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

Very friendly staff, very clean room and a huge and delicious breakfast! I can only recommend this hotel to the fullest.

Wuhan Jinjiang International Hotel will be my to go hotel whenever I visit Wuhan. It was a smooth check in at the reception area. The male staff speaks English and very polite and accommodating. I was put on a non smoking floor, which I requested upon booking. The room large and very comfortable to stay in. Over all rating: 5 stars👍 Thank you.

Nice hotel in a great location, close to a plethora of bars and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and so was Xiao Xing the robot who can bring snacks and beer to your door. I would come back here.

We stay for 2 days at the hotel. And our overall experience was good . The hotel has been around for sometime in the heart of wuhan business district well located . It has a gym swimming pool ( which was under renovation) a small playground in there restaurant and a chinese and western restaurant. We expressed our disappointment that the pool was closed but the staff came to apologize in person treated us with complementary fruits and a free upgrade + late check out. We were pleased about the adequate apologies and all staff during our stay was friendly. We look forward to come back

The hotel area is excellent… super friendly staff… the hotel looks old and needs some renovation… maintenance of the facilities should be checked and considered… the shower-head in my room was a little broken… breakfast doesn’t have a variety and doesn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel… dinner buffet is ok but could be improved… I give super like to the staff at this hotel…

Great hotel but the gym and swimming was closed and they never told me in advance so that was disappointing.

酒店地理位置很好，出門就是地鐵站出行非常方便 正對西北湖，景色優美晚上還能在房間欣賞湖景，房間乾淨整潔，前台小劉服務熱情，非常貼心地解答對武漢一些旅遊景點路線疑問，聽説我想體驗一下武漢的煙火氣息還向我推薦了萬松園的美食。

酒店地段優越，在地鐵口附近，對面新世界，購物吃吃喝喝都很方便，有茶顏悦色 、喜茶等，還有靚靚蒸蝦也很好吃，都很近啦。周邊環境很贊，街道整潔，湖景怡人。第一天辦理入住的值班經理非常nice,安排了湖景房，升級福利，很熱心周到提供服務指引。房間空間不錯，本來以為酒店舊了點，看上去乾淨且整潔，衞生間寬敞，淋浴、浴缸俱全。雙床尺寸合適，最稱讚的是配的枕頭，尺寸小的那個枕頭，彈性適中，貼合頸部，超預期，住酒店難得遇到舒服的枕頭。客房服務響應很快，美中不足被子略厚。夜班前台小方、小王服務很好，前台有24小時打印服務，方便快捷。酒店設備設施保養的不錯，又續住了一晚。門外有**外賣櫃，大廳內桌子可暫存快遞。酒店服務不錯，可以推薦
