Staff are friendly but rooms are smelly with poor quality furniture. My daughter got sick after staying one night. No choice but I had to move another hotel even if my booking was for 4 nights. Not suitable for family stay at all.

I liked staying at this hotel primarily because of its location, however, I must mention that their service is excellent! They have a small gym and a pool, restaurant, massage place and nail salon all in the same building. Besides, convenience stores are nearby. This time the room I stayed in also included a wading machine, microwave oven and separate dish washing sink. In addition, the room also included a small dining table, a work station, a lounging sofa and a chair and table in the small balcony. The bathtub was surely a plus!

I had a great staying- I love cleaning my own clothes in this hotel and enjoy ironing myself feel like home in Bangkok.. especially their breakfast was so great. The only things all should be prepared is personal internet connection on your mobile because there is weak connection I couldn’t even watch my Netflix or use WiFi in some room - one good thing in this hotel in there is SCB Bank ATM machine at the lobby floor it’s so convenient for check in and check out - I been here uncountable times and I will again for sure

All Services is good and the place was easy to go to anywhere

Location is good, opposite 7-11 and has a Tops (convenient) store right under the hotel. Hotel also has good amenities (rooftop gym, bar and kids play area). Room is relatively clean and spacious as well.

We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay. Unfortunately, the rooms are worn out, with cracked or warped flooring, moldy silicone around the shower, and aged furniture and fixtures. However, the bed was soft and the rooms are very quiet. The service is good. The location is a bit far from Sukhumvit but they have a shuttle bus. Overall we will not stay here again as the price is not worth it.

Location is not the best as it’s 2km from the nearest BTS, but on a positive note, I got a great “walk” out. As the area is full of izakaya and Korean eateries, there are bright lights in most places, so as a female solo traveller, I find it safe walking on the streets. There’s a top minimart right next to the hotel and a 7-11 opposite. It’s near the commons as well. But if you want to try Thai food, you may find it challenging around this area. It seems that the hotel is experiencing some management change, so they left a note explaining that they are aware of the areas for improvement and they are working on it. It did help to manage my expectation. Amenities wise, it is pretty basic, but it would be great if a hair dryer could be provided. I might have missed it but I couldn’t find it. Nonetheless, the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Once, I forgot to bring my hotel key out, they were able to provide a replacement key very quickly.

Hotel in a great location, staff eager to help but understand that they are under new management and trying to improve. Hope to come back one day to a better hotel!

Hotel staff is very friendly, the room is spacious but don’t expect squeaky clean. Location is great with convenient store right next to the hotel.

We used this hotel as a base while in and out of Bangkok. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the noise from Sukhumvit 55 is really overwhelming, even on the higher floors. In addition, there are a few hospitals nearby, including one right next door so there is a lot of ambulance noise. Biggest issue though was hot water and water pressure. We asked for it to be fixed, was told it was fixed and of course it wasn't fixed but no one could admit it but they could tell long winded stories in Thai about how hard everyone worked to fix it and maybe we just didn't know how to turn the tap on properly. Overall, a disappointing stay and we won't be back.

Usually, I have nothing negative to write about the premises I stayed in. However, this time round, I m very saddened to share my v bad experiences.... whereby, the 1st room given to me - air conditioning working.... 2nd room given to me - hot water system not working, n room layout was bad..... checking out.... after queueing up, the staff still attended to others first, making me wait for a long time. Unbelievable. ' However, the staff were polite.

My fourth time to stay here, and a pleasure as always. Great service - special thanks to front office manager Miss l Bokie who helped me get my favourite room. The rooftop pool area is still lovely, though a bar has been added on the roof too - not too busy or noisy (so far). The location (2 km from the Thong Lor BTS train is still a bit inconvenient, and the free hotel shuttle departs not always on time - and the drivers tend to drive fast and seemingly quite irresponsibly (not recommended). But all in all I will return! See you next year
