I found this hotel not suitable for vacation stay, is pack with people, lobby too small, unable to accomodate sudden group in. Overall design is too plain, no decorations. Hotel breakfast buffet limited choice and space.

Very nice hotel in Bangkok, very convenient to the MRT, so many restaurants around the hotel.

There’s no separate conditioner bottle and the breakfast was rather chaotic. There was lion dance during the first day of ***** new year, which was a good show.

Room is clean , location is good , 7/11 at downstair , supermarket and MRT location is around 200 meters .Specially China 🇨🇳 Consulate just opposite Good way to start your Thailand trip from here *** Bolt at Thailand is very good , drivers are nice , cars are clean , price is much cheaper than Grab

Fantastic gym. Rooms are comfortable albeit slightly dated. 7-11 just downstairs. Great value overall.

The location is far from the center of town, but there is a large mall nearby.Overall, it is a clean building with good service.

Get a free upgrade from the hotel during the festive season. The staffs weee helpful and the location wise is near almost everywhere.

This hotel is excellent and close to 2 big shopping malls.there is a big night market as well .Geat for shopping

Front desk have answered our request and tried to arrange both rooms on same floor. The swimming pool is great !

One night I felt unwell and vomited in front of the hotel. I was alone at the time, and my friend went to the convenience store nearby to buy me some water. After vomiting, I stood there for several minutes, afraid of making it even dirtier. The hotel employees looked at me, but no one handed me a tissue or tried to help me. When my friend came back, the staff still didn't ask us if we needed help. Instead, they immediately told us that a cleaning fee of 3,000 baht would be charged! I understand that it is reasonable to charge a cleaning fee, but in a five-star hotel, the waiters don't care about the customers? If I don't have a friend with me, are they not going to care if I need help and just collect money from an unwell person? The hygiene of this hotel is not good. When I just checked in, I found fake eyelashes on the towels provided by the hotel! And we didn’t use fake eyelashes. In terms of location, this hotel is not convenient at all. It takes at least half an hour to go to almost all scenic spots, whether by public transportation or hailing a taxi. Overall, I was very disappointed with their performance. This hotel is not recommended at all. 有一天晚上我不舒服，在酒店門口嘔吐。當時我自己一人，朋友去了旁邊的便利店買水給我。嘔吐後我站在原地數分鐘不敢動，怕再弄污更多地方，酒店員工看著我，沒有人遞給我紙巾或嘗試幫助我。到我朋友回來，職員仍然沒有問我們是否有需要幫助，而第一時間是告訴我們要收3000泰銖的清潔費！我明白需要收清潔費是合理的，但一間五星級酒店，服務員就不會關心顧客？若我沒有朋友陪同，他們是否不打算關心我是否需要幫助，而是直接向一個不適的人收錢嗎？ 這酒店衛生也不好，剛入住時就發現在酒店提供的毛巾上發現有假眼睫毛！而我們並沒有使用假眼睫毛的。 位置來說，這酒店一點兒也不方便。差不多去所有景點，無論坐公共交通或叫車也最少要半小時以上。 總括而言，他們的表現令我十分失望。這間酒店完全不推薦人們來。沒有可取的地方。

This is a really comfortable aparthotel / serviced apartment, and I highly recommend it. It is kept very clean (though not spotless - there were some water stains on the main dining table) despite its size. For the price paid and the central location I was very surprised how large the room was. It came equipped with a small kitchen, plates, cutlery, regular sized fridge, washer cut dryer (which I used and it worked excellent), a nice comfy 4-seater sofa, a large queen bed, a latge bathroom, and tonnes of storage space. There was also a communal sauna and pool at the eighth storey, and a 7-11 convenience store right at level 1. You could live very comfortably here. The property is also about a 3-5 minute walk from Central Rama 9, a huge mall with a supermarket, cinema, and lots of dining to choose from. Opposite the property is Fortune Plaza which also has lots of dining options (slightly more economical options), and yet another supermarket, and also lots of IT shops. It is however, a 8 to 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT stations (either Phra Ram 9 Station or Thailand Cultural Centre station). This didn't bother me at all. Housekeeping was very friendly, as is the front desk staff. You can tell they are well trained and take their job seriously. I am very impressed and will return.

My second time staying here and it’s comfortable stay at this hotel with accessible area such as shopping mall etc.
