Spacious room size, complementary drinks in fridge (not sure if refillable coz i did not ask), mineral water in glass bottle refillable daily. Location at Rama 9 area.

The location is good, near RCA, have a lot restaurants. Walk to 7-11 only 3 minutes

Booking 3 persons, but only give 2 sets of towel, all is two only！need me ask for twice to give enough things！today come back from outside, they didn't help to make up my room,l service, when I come back(at 11:30), feelling totally sad 😢, they tell me i sad don't disturb, but really I don't think i have press any key! and then they only changed the rubbish bin, i asked for one more slipper, and the front desk told me my booking is for two persons only. Why? I make the booking payments for three persons. Wifi, every time back to the hotel, need to reconnect.

I booked this hotel for my companion and her cousin, both lao people. The hotel is clean, the service is good. But they had to pay 1000 bahts as a caution which I never had to do in other hotels, i assume the hotel does not trust its clients, or is it because the clients are lao? They got their caution back when leaving the place.

The hotel is great. I think it's cost-effective. The staff are so friendly and the facilities are the best. It's just that the traffic is so uncomfortable.

Location and room are good. But counter stuff's service and attitude need to improve.

Maitria Rama 9 is a good place to stay in. The area has high turnover of Korean guests. The whole area surrounding the hotel is Korean exclusively. It is hard to find any other type of food around. Although there are a couple of 7/11 shops. The hotel is surrounded by apartment buildings. The breakfast at the hotel is average, the choices are not vast, just basic. The rooms are quite impressive and decorations inside the rooms are simple but nice . Overall , good value for money. Housekeeping does a good job. On my next visit, I would rather stay at Maitria Sulhumvit Road, which is surrounded by many retail outlets, restaurants etc

Despite the tragic traffic in Bangkok, this hotel is really comfortable for staying! Hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, as well as clean towels (big and small). The shower and the toilet is separated in two cubicles. A very great stay in Bangkok!

Exceptional hotel. Very high class and clean. Looks like 5 star hotel.

It was very damp and there were moldy spots on the paper towels
