This is an amazing hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough to help us during our stay and were super friendly! The location is brilliant as there is a huge range of Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby as well as Thai and western places. The main road outside the hotel is busy at peak times, but there is an excellent shuttle to the nearest bts station. The only negative we found was that the hotel had no bar, however there are so many places surrounding the hotel that this was not an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Good hotel with good service. Some distance from BTS but shuttle service was prompt at 20mins intervals. Nice pool with great view of surrounding cityscape but water was too cold. Had a leaky Aircon in the room but maintenance rectified it within 20mins after reporting issue at 11pm. Good Job! Will be back to stay again.

This hotel is super clean and super friendly. The location isn’t the best, but they do have a free shuttle to the Thong Lo BTS station, which is pretty convenient.

Love love love this hotel! The amenities are great! The Onsen was such a Nice experience, with it being my first time. Very clean and hygienic and all the staff were kind. The room was nice and the restaurant had some great dishes. The location is the best! You literally walk outside of the hotel and have so many options of bars, massage places, and restaurants. Definitely will be my go to!!! The only thing I wish is that the hotel would have a bar or service alcohol beverages. Sometimes it’s nice to order room service and be able to stay in the hotel and have a cocktail.

First time staying at this hotel and the experience was impressive. Decor and styling is grand and kept very clean, aircon was nice and cold providing comfort from the hot humid weather. Breakfast setting was great with a good selection of east and west choices. Only thing to improve was the water pressure for shower, it was weak.

I stayed from 9.10.2024-13.10.2024. My wife's birthday was on 9.10.2024, I appreciate the hotel's arrangement for decorating the room for her and providing her a small cake. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the BTS station, but it offers a free Tuk Tuk shuttle service, which is quite convenient. The room is spacious and clean, but the only downside is that there are no USB charging ports. The gym room is well-equipped, and the sauna is clean and pleasant. The staff are polite and make an effort to communicate with me in Mandarin, which feels very friendly. The buffet breakfast is abundant, offering Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Hong Kong-style dishes to cater to different travelers' needs. The spa and massage services are conveniently located on the 5th floor. Every hotel staff member I encountered was smiling and courteous, making my stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
