Ulasan De Arni Hotel

This is my 3rd or 4th stay here, so I’m pretty educated about the room funtions and how things work. First when I stepped in, there was no greeting or even smiling at all from the receptionist lady. It was me who even started greeting first by saying “Sawasdee ka. Check in ka.” During check in process, there was 0 word coming from her mouth until when she demonstrated how to use the key card (which I already knew). When I got to the room, I tried every side and direction of the card, it didn’t work. Sometime the light showed red at the door, so I assumed the door battery would probably be low. I went down to front desk in hoping she will get me a new key or send someone to change the door battery. The lady, instead, explained to me again how to use the key. I said that I know how the key should work here cause I have stayed here before. (and I even work at a hotel too!) There was nothing happenned so I went back up to the room and the door still wasn’t open. There was a housekeeper serving the other room on my floor so I asked him to open the room for me. Before leaving he said he will have receptionist get me a new key so I went to rest in the room, waiting for the new key then go out. I was in the room for like 15 min for nothing and couldn’t wait no more as I was hungry and needed to go out. I came down to reception and asked the lady where my new key is. She hustling got me the new key (which I wasn’t sure if it would work) that was hung right next to her. That was very frustrating on how they communicated. I was pissed, to be honest. If they wouldn’t go up on the floor to hand a new key, they could’ve just called as there is a telephone in every freaking room! or just call mobile phone number on registration freaking card! Later on I realized that this is not a 5-star hotel, not 4 or even 3. It’s -1 star hotel, so that was how the service was. The often I stay, I worse service experience I get. I think I’m kind enough to spend my precious time writing this review so the hotel can reflect itself and make some improvements.

Water slow and small when bathing. Requested to change room and they answered 8th floor room all same problem. I guess they know the water pressure problem and no fix it.

This hotel is located just next to Si Lom area and accessible to all main attractions in Si Lom. This hotel is also within easy walking distance of Sam Yan MRT station and Sala Daeng BTS station. The room was clean and tidy and I will definitely come back and be staying at this hotel whenever I’m in Bangkok

Very convenient to travel to One Stop Service center

Booked for my mom. Perfect location and value for money. But a bit worn down. Can't complain much.

Staffs are welcoming. Location is great!

Clean and neat room

Arrive to get the key at reception. Asked, if I wanted an early check it was 500thb extra. Rooms are either available, that can be checked into or they are not. The pictures for the room ordered were not reflective of the space that the room had to offer.

Cleanliness - Well maintain and clean. Friendliness - Good Improvement: The condiment 1) The bottle body Foam is too mini (small) - need to change to a more creamy type. 2) The shampoo is too small and needs to change. 3) Shampoo and Body shower foam Packaging need to be improved and increased Volume. 4) The face towel and small towel are supposed to change daily but aren't changed. 5) Toothbrush with toothpaste should be supply unfortunate NO. 6) Lotion are to be supply but so far No. All travellers, do note to buy your own Facial wash, Body Shower Gel, Shampoo, Toothbrush, Toothpaste. Opposite 7-11 do sell small Qty.
