The hotel stay was excellence. Location was great. But what really stood out throughout our stay was the professional service that we received. The staff at the lobby will always great every guest with their warmest smiles, and is always really to help. Even my daughter told me that the staff working in the hotel must be very happy and love working there, as she always seen them smiling and is attentive to every guest.
Well done to the team at Grande Centre Point Hotel T21. Your service really comes from the heart. We will be back again.

I stayed in a grand suite room on the 32nd floor, in the grande center point terminal 21 which was excellent, a sitting room/ kitchen/ dining area and a bedroom, both rooms had an outstanding view of the Asoke Sukhumvit intersection and the surrounding areas. The rooms were well equipped with large flat screen Tv's, good wi-fi, very comfortable and clean large bed, nice office area a good sized fridge in the kitchen (complimentary drinks and snacks provided). The bathroom was large and very clean with a bath and a large shower enclosure, the toilet had a heated seat and a built in bidet.
The hotel is in an excellent location at the center of Bangkok, over one of the largest malls in the city which you can just get in the lift and go down to, without leaving the building.
The hotel had some beautiful facilities including restaurants, tennis court, swimming pool and walking jogging area on the 5 floor.
The staff were friendly and professional and all areas were well kept and clean.
I would certainly stay there again, I loved it! but of course, it is not cheap.
Overall, what you are paying for here is well worth it.

Great Hotel with excellent location at Asoke, Sukhumvit. Easy access and short walking distance to both the BTS and MRT stations.
Hotel room is spacious, bright and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Plenty of nearby places to eat (even within Terminal 21)

The hotel’s location is excellent, conveniently situated right next to Asok BTS station. There’s no need to worry about the weather, as the path from the BTS to the hotel is fully sheltered. The triple room is fantastic—spacious and comfortable, and it comes with complimentary snacks and drinks.

The location is excellent and convenient to different tourist spots and shopping malls. Also, the hotel facilities are great, including swimming pool, play room and game rooms. The hotel hospitality are good and efficient.

This is my 5 times stay in this hotel and sure no doubt to revisit in my wedding anniversary, the hotel prepare warm welcoming. All services and quality keep the same as my every visit, most hotel get old after a while but I can’t find this hotel old; sad that no more Pilate class in the past but still enjoy self praise yoga there. The convenience is excellent, no other can replace.

very good facilities: nice gym, beautiful swimming pool/jacuzzi, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, steam room, gaming room, kids room (with a ps5). The room has very nice city view, very large windows, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, a big fridge, a washing machine (detergent provided), induction electric stove. Staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is good. The hotel is conveniently connected to BTS Asok/MRT Sukhumvit, and Terminal 21 shopping mall which offers countless restaurants. Totally recommended.

We booked 1x Executive Suite Quadruple Room for 4 ladies, + 1x Deluxe Premium room for 2 ladies in total 6people.
The room size of Executive Suite Quadruple Room is big enough for our parties and this is the reason we paid for.
However, there have only ONE bathroom, It is super inconvenient for 4 ladies, we need to wait for a long queue for
bathing so we requested to change another Room for same room type which have 2 bathroom. However, receptionist
said all the Executive Suite Quadruple Room they have are only ONE bathroom, if change to the connection room
which has 2 washroom Need to be changed 3000batt/night for extra. We didn’t take this offer, i will not recommend anyone
to book this Executive Suite Quadruple Room if you don’t want to wait for a long queue for bathing after a day out.
This room rate is not cheap in fact, no worth to pay. Another bad experience in this hotel is the toilet was stuck and no
toilet paper refill after room cleaned by house keeping, we need to call for refill. We will not recommend this hotel to our friends.
