Ulasan Indra Regent Hotel

It was a good hotel before COVID. Heard from the nearby tailor that the hotel changed hands and it has become almost a ghost town. Other than it being near the morning market and train station, the hotel is quite terrible. The pillow case wasn’t that clean. Expected a breakfast buffet for the premium paid, but served the same everyday. Drinks not refillable. Extra butter 10 baht, extra jam 10 baht. Called room service for extra water, they ask you to go 7-11 to buy it else extra 70 baht. Omg what a terrifying experience. Extra $$$ at everything you are trying to ask for. Despite paying already, have to pay 6000baht security deposit at check in too.

Breakfast need to improve.

Would greatly benefit from new manager to put back buffet breakfast and bar by the pool ect such a shame to see everything cut back ..still the staff are lovely.

I reach at mid night 4.30. Reception closed one person with room key asking deposit but only had card no cash do he was not giving room I was tired after flight. I got room after 1 hour than I ask for more water he told closed. Unprofessional hotel

They should provide more bathroom amenities.. The hotel location is great.

Clean n safe environment. Near to food station too. Was surprised for at trip.com have promotion. Will book again.

Access to the mall is locked on weekends and some weekdays if the person forgot to open it. You’ll have to make one big round to get to the overhead bridge. It’s a NONE SMOKING hotel now and no breakfast is provided despite a raise in prices. I was advised not to shower during the day as the water is almost boiling hot. True enough water temperature is better in the evenings… water pressure is quite bad too for now. Hope they make some adjustments and Improve from here

It's a good hotel in old style, hotel needs a renovation, the best part of the hotel it's centrally located all major Shopping Malls in around, it's best for people who loves to eat Indian Vegetarian Food, approx 10 restaurants in a row.

Poor environment, everythings old, poor location with high price, have no idea why trip.com would recommend this hotel. I check in at midnight and the staff looks like ahe doesnt want me to come at all.

Location is good. Easy to move around. Room spacious and clean. Amenities: Shower cap and toothbrush provided in the room would be nice. Receptionist n Bell boy are helpful.

Very spacious suite , staff Penny is superb! House keeping staff are all very friendly and nice too!

This is my second time staying here. I love the convenience that it’s near to the BTS and main shopping area. Will definitely stay here again

Although the location is excellent. The room was also decent for the value. However the place when entering doesn't feel like a holiday. It was dark and only a few workers. Breakfast wasn't buffet , it was a piece of paper that we could have a choice of a few and they bring it to a table where no one is. It's a shame cos the hotel does have huge potential. However just the way it's run. It feels depressing.

Counter service good.... day or night staff helpfulness
