Even at 4 pm rooms not cleaned. No water refilled, no coffee or tea refilled, no towels, no waste cleared. Standards are getting lower and lower with each day. Same complaint on many reviews posted. On Google and Trip Advisor. Atitude issue with reception and housekeeping staff.

Очень странный отель. Отель после ремонта, но уже течет душ, оторвано крепление в душевой кабине. В номере нет фена, зеркала в спальной комнате, халата, тапочек, не предлагается зубная паста и зубная щетка. Кондиционер расположен над кроватью и поток воздуха дует на голову, простуда обеспечена. Плохая звукоизоляция. В переулке где расположен отель отсутствуют кафе и рестораны. С соседнего переулка начинается арабский квартал. В начале переулка расположено несколько beer garden.

Centrally located in Sukhumvit close to Nana station and many restaurants. We were upgraded from Junior suite to the Royal suite both of which are very spacious, well furnished with clean bed and bath linen, good WiFi. Staff in the reception and restaurant was very polite and responsive. Buffet breakfast spread was very good with lots of hot Indian vegetarian options. Had a few Indian vegetarian meals which were well prepared. Excellent value for money.

Bad hotel, torn bedsheets, arrogant staff including GM. Checkin time is 2PM. I had asked for checkin at 1.55 PM and they denied. Infact had to wait for more 20 minutes while there were no guest. They call room as studio however its just a small room with old interior. Staff is Thai and struggle speaking english. Food has few Indian options but tasteless. Only 5 Indian channels on TV. Hotel is guest friendly and there are many girl’s visiting for short time (Not family friendly environment).

Not to Club Mahindra standard. Small hotel, I dont know how it is rated 4 star. It looks like a small apartment complex building. Rooms are small. We had booked a 1BR, but too small with no ventilation or natural light. Surrounded by buildings and AC outlets. Room has 2 washrooms though, I didnt like the design. Bedroom was small so was the drawing room. We also had to pay a surcharge per night. It is okay only if you are sightseeing all day and return only to sleep. Not a kind of a hotel where you can relax for a day. As always, food was costly. We ordered breakfast through room service. Not value for money. I think only buffet breakfast was provided, Didnt see buffet for dinner though. Staff is okay-ish. We had to argue with the receptionist at 10PM for a pair of blankets as we were four of us and had only 2 blankets in the room. Travel desk was helpful when asked about going to airport via metro train. Proximity to Nana station is the only saving grace. Nana has many Indian restaurants and lot of restaurants for all nationalities. There are lot of bars and night clubs in the vicinity of the hotel. Not suitable for children / elderly as there are numerous **** bars, skimpily clad women calling men to their bars. Taxi to the Phonm Thai metro station was quoted for 500 Baht while we could book a taxi through grab for 200 Baht. It took about 2.5 hours from the airport due to heavy traffic. Metro can be used for reaching sightseeing places as well as airport. Not upto club mahindra standard and definitely not worth for the exorbitant membership costs we pay. We were disappointed !

Walls are super thin. People entering and exiting in the next room sounds like in my room. It's quite unsettling, especially when they bring in ladies at 2am. Other than that the hotel and staff are great. Will stay again.

Conveniently located hotel, with BTS stations nearby. A very well run hotel, on the peaceful Soi 7 . This property has been recently renovated and hence looks very fresh and functional. Front desk staff are brilliant and very hospitable. But the entire experience was often let down, by the abysmal standards of cleanliness and housekeeping. The bathroom smells horrible always. Hot water is not available uniformly. to ask Tissues in the room are not replenished readily . Sometimes torn and stained bedsheets are used to make the beds. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

The facilities look very clean and new. Its located about 5 min walk from main street, so takes some time. The room was big, but noisy at times from other guests. The worst part was the smell. I had to change rooms twice. The third time was ok. The staff did all they could to fix things for me, happy with the staff, but not the hotel. Fix the plumbing please.
