Nouvo City Hotel

We stay at the hotel for 3 nights. We come late late check in around 12am, thus the hotel said they don't have king bed available. Therefore, we request for combine the bed on the next day. The room layout a bit weird, but it was practical as the sink is outside the bathroom. But the window is weird as the view is just a wall from other building. This hotel provides good breakfast. There have 2 swimming pools. There also have special kids room. My son enjoyed playing at the kid room. The hotel very close to khosan road and walking distance. Very strategic hotel and beautiful view from the top of hotel.

Everything perfect. Friendly hotel staff and good breakfast and clean room. Nice deluxe room with canal view.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and topped up with 2 bottles of complimentary water everyday. The air con worked great which was needed in the 38 degree weather The breakfast was nice and had a good variety of food. Both swimming pools were lovely but the only downside was the lack of pool bar. Location was very convenient for the temples but grab was an easy option for elsewhere and inexpensive from this location. I would stay again

Its an old hotel, so please manage your expectations as far as looks are concerned. That being said, the layout a bit weird for me. The sink is outside the toilet/bath. AC not functioning well. Pool is small but adequate. Didn't manage to check the gym. Food are halal. So no was2 for muslim travellers especially for breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay there.The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and their service was excellent. Delicious breakfast spread and location wise was good, going anyway was possible with grab n tuk tuk.

We were so comfortable during our week at Nouvo that we booked it again. The hotel is not fancy but our room and bed were comfortable and the shower, ac, mini frig and lift all worked well. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and the pool and its facilities were quite clean, too. Breakfast was good and we commend the staff for how hard they work keeping up with the amount of traffic at the buffet. The hotel hosts a lot of tour groups which means depending on your timing arriving for check-in or bkfst you may have to wait a bit, but it was clear staff were doing their best. (I’m sorry to say that we saw quite a bit of rude behavior from guests toward staff at these areas, whether it was ignoring signs or smoking sections, to yelling or snapping fingers at staff, all of which hotel employees responded to with admirable calm.) The neighborhood is quite safe and within easy walking distance of buses and boats to sights and while the restaurants on the street may have limited fare, there are some great ones a few blocks away. Our few suggestions for Nouvo are that umbrellas be added to the lower pool area as not every guest wants to bake in the sun, and to please help Thailand's depressing problems with plastic trash by switching from individual bottles of shampoo and such to larger refillable dispensers in the showers, as many other hotels are starting to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping attendant did a great job. Staffs are approachable.
