Whole room was dark including the bathroom. Beds are not comfortable. Bath towels were too old and thin.  It’s too old . Entering the door can easily make you trip and fall. Also We could hear noise from other rooms.  Staying for 6 nights were nightmares. I would rather pay a little more to stay at an updated hotel .

Near BTS victory monument. Many food stalls and department stores near the hotel. Provide a refreshing welcome drink and free snacks in the room.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with just the right amount of luxury to make me feel pampered without being over the top. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the ambiance in the room was perfect for both work and relaxation. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and proactive. They went out of their way to provide clear, accurate information about transportation, attractions, and local recommendations. I never once had to look for details elsewhere, which made everything so convenient. It’s rare to come across a team this well-trained and professional. The spa was the highlight of my stay. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate—it’s well worth it! The treatments were heavenly, leaving me completely refreshed. The peaceful atmosphere and skilled therapists made it a deeply relaxing experience. The location was ideal. Situated right in the heart of Bangkok but tucked away in a peaceful area, it gave me the best of both worlds—easy access to everything without the noise and chaos. Getting around the city was hassle-free, with major attractions just a short ride away.(7 mins closer to the skytrain Victoria monument station) The overall vibe of the hotel was fantastic. Whether I was enjoying coffee in the lobby lounge or relaxing in my room, the atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, with tasteful decor and just the right touch of modernity. It felt like the kind of place where you could both unwind and still enjoy the pulse of the city. This hotel checked all the boxes for me, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok. If you’re looking for a place with great service, a prime location, and incredible vibes, this is it!

Sawadee ka ,thats always they say to you .Thank you for your service,very attentive,friendly, and everyday they cleaned the room.If you need help for car pick up or drop off they will help you.For the breakfast buffet they start at 7am to 10am only and one of staff there they will ask the toom number.Highly recommended

Very convenient hotel. Having a nice stay here, the breakfast is super good especially the fried rice and fried noodle. I will come again.

Best and strategic location! Walking distance to 2 train stations including the aiport link! Respectful staff, clean place and good rooms!

The hotel is clean, almost every destination is about 20 minutes by taxi, food is Chinese, Thai and western. The staff is too kind, too nice, too sweet. Is no noise. I spent 3 nights and had no inconveniences.

It's not my first time staying here. Pros: - staff is very polite - very good breakfast - amazing location cons: - very little soundproofing between the room and the corridor, making it hard to sleep - occasional construction sound from room above or behind the wall at late or early morning hours, making it even harder yo sleep - not enough light in the room near the desk making it difficult to work after dark - rooms and especially bathroom decor should be improved

0 out of 5. I don't understand where this rating comes from but don't be fooled by it. The hotel is from 2008 and it feels like it has never been renovated. For 2008 this hotel is ok, but not for 2024. I can't find anything good except hot water. - upon entering the room you are greeted by the smell of sewage and dampness that never goes away - the room has dim, bad light - the door to the room looks like it’s made of cardboard, you can hear everything, absolutely everything. - all the walls have some stains and chips - the view from my room was towards the wall... - towels with threads sticking out and very old - even the location was not pleasing Cleaning is good.
