Very small room and no space for car park. Room smells bad and the walkway to room too. My wife got injured by this small walk way which the refrigerator door are hard to close. Bleeding on her thighs. There are no hand or face towels for us too. Only 2 towels. No toothpaste and toothbrush and everything looks worst then a 3 stars hotel. The room looks more like a 22-25sqm. Will never stay in this hotel again. Breakfast are bad too.

Good location for public transport, it located at interchange stations of BTS and MRT.

Room request service a bit slow, my nephew lost her iphone in her room in the first day. Swimming pool is nice but small, location is great which is nearby Terminal 21 Breakfast is nice too,

Excellent location and service. We were very pleased with our stay. Few steps away from Asok station and Skywalk and really close to Terminal 21 mall. Breakfast was good and Beer (staff from the restaurant) makes the best cappuccinos. Only down comment is that you can hear noise from nearby rooms.

First time staying at The Continent. Chose this due to its proximity to city central, near intersection Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. We stayed on the 29th floor which gave us great views of the central bkk. Highlight of the stay was the Makkha Health & Spa which was located just next to the hotel. One of the best massages I had in bkk by far! Would recommend this hotel as well as the spa! 😁

It has never happened to me that two people cannot fit in a double bed and what this hotel offers is a complete disaster. As a bonus, a dirty air conditioning system that does not work at all and does not cool. Never again !!!

Customer service good. For cleaning for room not good. Hopefully can more lean. Thankfully

Centrally located. Many shops, restaurant n massage shop nearby. Close to BTS n MRT station. The restaurant for breakfast is small therefore always lineup especially on weekend. The bar on the roof top is fantastic.

Room is a bit smaller than expected but the staffs are nice and helpful! Very convenient location with a nice spa around the corner.

The location is the good conferenced however it is too noise outside the road and busy traffic so that you will not get the slicence night of sleeping. The service is normal especially the customer service. The room linen is terrible as most of the bath towel is torn and old.

Service at the check in counter was quick, the room we asked for wasn’t available after 2pm when we checked in, the room service food was tasty but expensive. We were stranded in the lift for about 3mins before help came, suggest for lift to have ventilation fan.Overall ok.

Very close to bts and mrt. There’s a good massage shop next to it.
