Front desk staff (night shift) got problem maintaining basic level of customer service. Housekeeping in room is sloppy. Bath fittings falling apart with very small water flow. Floor is dusty even upon check in. Poor mattress, not comfortable at all. Ask for extra pillow from front desk is a straight reply from them, NO!!!
