Service great as usual. But room doors seem to slam closed and is very loud. Can be unnerving when relaxing in the room or asleep. Management should consider installing slow stoppers on all room doors.

Here is my review of the place: Proximity - In the heart of Sukhumvit, the hotel is surrounded by an impressive array of restaurants, ranging from street food stalls to high-end dining establishments. Street food lovers can enjoy local favorites such as pad Thai and som tam, while those seeking more upscale experiences can indulge in international cuisines, from Italian to Japanese. Numerous bars, clubs, and entertainment venues offering lively atmospheres and diverse music genres. Venues like Soi 11 and Thonglor are particularly noted for their vibrant nightlife scenes. (In general safe, but you can expect plenty of vice surrounding the area - note families) Shopping - The hotel is literally connected to Terminal 21 via the BTS walkway, and you are minutes away from BTS Asok (sheltered all the way). For a more traditional shopping experience, the nearby markets provide a chance to explore Thai culture through crafts, clothing, and souvenirs. The blend of modern retail and traditional markets offers something for every shopper. Take a look/tour of the area's green spaces, such as Benjasiri Park, which provide a refreshing escape from the urban hustle. A really nice experience, a spacious room, a great gym and an amazing breakfast. Pool is beautiful and not crowded.

Walking to BTS with passage, new and clean, good service and excellent breakfast.

The hotel was newly refurbished, service and food were ok. The room i get was on the 16th floor which were alittle noisy from the cars and bikes. I stayed for 3 nights and had backache every morning. On the 1st night we Requested for 2 firm pillows but only get 1. 2nd night we request another but they said they don't have any. Overall its quite a good hotel, just that i had a backache sleeping on the bed, or else it would be perfect.

Hotel is newly renovated. Neighbourhood area is mixed with night clubs and women standing on the street at night. Breakfast is just ok without a lot of choices.

One of my fave hotel in Bangkok city ..as a Diamond Member of Tripcom, I managed to book Manifique Room much lower than rack rate...everything top class service..would return in future to stay again!

Beautiful hotel, great service. The area surrounding the hotel is very busy but the rooms are quiet. Great breakfast! Very recommended!

It was an enjoyable stay at a very central location in Sukhumvit. They had two room services a day which was very nice. My room facing east had probably the best views which I appreciated a lot. The breakfast range could have improved along with sauna (1 dry only). Overall, it was a good R n R for 3 nights.

A good team of attentive and hospitable staff from conceige team to checkin reception to gym to housekeeping team. Quite a rare occurrence these days to witness such a great team of staff working together. Well done Sofitel 👍🏻 Love the Pha Thai & tomyum Koong at Sofitel cafe on the ground level. Location is near Nana BTS and many eateries nearby. Definitely a nice place for a short & relaxing weekend breakaway.

The room is great, the food is great and staff is super Nice!!! Everything in this hotel is super!!!

The hotel is located a few blocks away from terminal 21 so you have plenty to do. The pool is very nice. Due to some issues with my check-in after I went down the second day to get a business card to the person who checked me in they offered me a suite, or  lounge access which was very nice of them. It was nice of them to offer this on the second day and they realize they was going to call corporate or email me originally did not give me the room size he downgraded me so just be careful about that when checking in here.  I’ve been informed that this is a regular practice at this hotel by other travelers. I’m here almost every other month in Bangkok.

Pleasant, quiet and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Has amazing bedrooms.To be recommended
