This is our 5th stay at this hotel and it definable will not be our last. We have stayed at MANY MANY hotels in Bangkok over the last 20 years - but this is by far one of the best deals on the market. Rented fully furnished apartment suites with all the utilities and amenities.

Good! This hotel is amazing!

Many cockroach. No facility. Can not request drink water. Bathroom super dirty. No tV channel. Need to use personal Netflix ( first time to heard it). Breakfast is super lousy

our rooms were not ready upon check-in on the first day daily room cleaning service slow - rooms were not cleaned till 3pm when we back after tour hotel mgmt compensate us with free breakfast on the last day stay otherwise overall was good, great location

Kingston Suites Bangkok has a beautiful and welcoming front office, but my experience fell short after check-in. Despite being upgraded, I was placed in a separate building at the back that felt more like an old, run-down apartment. While the rooms are very spacious, the furnishings are outdated and in desperate need of renovation. There was a noticeable stale smell, and the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it requires major improvements to match its first impression.

The room is ok and staff so nice

Firstly, the room is huge! Location is great. Lots of nice cafes nearby. Housekeeping comes everyday for cleaning and to top-up water bottles. The bad thing is the old dirty couch and chairs, full of stains. Luckily, the bedsheets are white and clean. Shower doesn't have hot water. Luke warm at best, depending what time u take your bath. WiFi doesn't require password... unsecure.

Great hotel and good location. The staff was very friendly and the room was much better then the average in Thailand. I would highly recommend this hotel

In a good location .. close to the busy area but yet on a quiet street. Helpful staff and reasonable breakfast. The room decoration is old that will need refurbishing.
