Excellent and very upscale, I had a super comfortable stay. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Thailand, and I'll definitely be back.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the Erawan Shrine and the Siam shopping district, which is super convenient for shopping. There are also two subway stations nearby, both within a short 300-500 meter walk. The rooms have a minimalist design, and the bedding is very comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was spacious, the staff were warm and friendly, and the facilities were excellent, perfect for spending an entire day there. I will definitely make this my top choice if I visit Bangkok again.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not satisfactory. I originally booked three nights, but due to several issues, I stayed only one night and decided to move to another hotel the following day. The main issue was the excessive noise. There was significant noise both inside the room and from outside. During the night, footsteps and movements in the hallway were clearly audible, as well as constant external noise, making it very difficult to rest properly. The soundproofing is very poor. In addition, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt uncomfortable. Although it is difficult to explain objectively, there was a negative or unpleasant vibe, which, combined with the noise, greatly affected my ability to sleep. The bathroom, especially the shower area, is extremely small, comparable to the size of an economy airplane bathroom, which is quite inconvenient. Regarding cleanliness, we found hair on the bedsheets, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Although my reservation was for a King Size bed, the bed provided appeared to be two separate beds pushed together. The separation in the middle was noticeable and uncomfortable, making it feel nothing like a true King Size bed. For two people, this setup was quite inconvenient and negatively affected the quality of rest. The room itself was average, with nothing particularly notable. As for the location, I had read many reviews describing it as very strategic and convenient; however, in reality, the location felt simply average and not as close to key places as advertised. The service was acceptable but not outstanding. There was an uncomfortable situation when the staff member who helped us with our luggage remained standing in a way that suggested an expectation of a tip. As travelers in China, we are not accustomed to tipping and were unsure about local tipping customs, which made the situation awkward. Overall, I was very disappointed with this hotel. Although the building looks impressive from the outside and appears to be a high-end property, the actual experience did not meet expectations. I requested an early checkout and inquired about a refund, but unfortunately, no refund was available. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was even better than expected. It boasts an excellent location, making shopping very convenient. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were very friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a comfortable dining environment. The hotel also features a swimming pool, SPA, sauna, and a playground, making it very suitable for families with children. Highly recommended!

The hotel’s location is near-perfect—situated right next to Ratchadamri BTS station, making movement around Bangkok seamless and stress-free. Whether heading to Siam, Silom, or Chidlom, everything feels conveniently connected, yet the hotel itself remains calm and refined, away from the chaos of the streets. Service is consistently excellent—warm, efficient, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. From check-in to daily housekeeping, the team delivers a level of professionalism that makes the stay feel smooth and well cared for. The highlight, however, is the Executive Suite. Spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, it offers a real sense of retreat after a long day in the city. The layout is generous, the furnishings are tasteful, and the overall atmosphere feels polished yet comfortable—ideal for both rest and work.

I was initially very pleased with this hotel: The location is excellent, right next to the Erawan Shrine and surrounded by major shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. The room is spacious, set up as a one-bedroom suite, and comes with a washer-dryer, microwave, and even a double-door bathroom, which was quite practical. The decor had an “old money” elegance that I really liked, and the view from the window made me feel like I was in a retired Manhattan finance tycoon’s home. However, after a few days, a series of issues significantly detracted from my experience: 1. **No Blackout Curtains in the Bedroom**: The most unbearable issue was that the bedroom only had translucent blinds, which meant I woke up at dawn (and sunrise comes early in Bangkok). Sleep is crucial when traveling, and this design choice is completely unreasonable. 2. **Extremely Inflexible Refund Policy**: I had prepaid for 5 nights with breakfast. When I needed to check out one day early due to an urgent matter back home, and despite informing the hotel two days in advance, the front desk stated that not a single penny would be refunded—not even for the separate breakfast charge. Compared to the flexibility often found with flight changes, the hotel's unyielding policy left a very poor impression. 3. **Severe Afternoon Traffic Congestion**: While the location is central, be aware: the surrounding area gets extremely congested after 4 PM. I once spent almost an hour driving just 3 kilometers. You'll need to plan your outings carefully to avoid peak times. In summary: The hotel's facilities and location are its strong points, but it clearly falls short in crucial areas like ensuring good sleep and customer care. Your decision to stay here will depend on whether you prioritize convenience over a comfortable night's sleep and flexible travel arrangements.

Nice hotel, location is strategic, very friendly staffs. Recommend their massage place. Washing machine in the room is really a helper during traveling.

Had an amazing time at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I'm thoroughly impressed by the staff and facilities. I even got a free upgrade to a suite, which I felt was better since we can eat in a separate room after putting my child to sleep. Thank you to the lady at the reception for it; I am very thankful. A few downsides to this hotel, I feel, would be that the pool is very cold, and there was no warm-water option. So, my child and I didn't spend much time there given how cold the water was. The other free amenities were great, including table hockey, darts, pinball, a driving simulator, a kids' club, and an indoor playground. For people who like street food, however, there isn't any downstairs or nearby, only a 7-11. It was very convenient to walk to Erawan Shrine, Central World, and the Siam area. The view was great for the room I got, too, on the 43rd floor. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangkok.

Great location and the front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. It was also quiet, especially on weekend evenings. However, the toilet was quite old-fashioned and the water level was too high, which wasn't very hygienic.
