Ulasan Grand Howard Hotel Bangkok

Was great with cleanliness. Very nice. Food was wonderful but nothing was labelled. We couldn’t what food was what. I requested for some decorations as we went for our honeymoon, nothing was done and no response at all regarding that. We called reception to change TV language to English, reply was the TV was old model (in a 5 star hotel) and it couldn’t be changed. No smart TV in 5 start hotel so basically we stayed without tv for our whole stay. Not happy 😌

The service was great. On the first night I was in a room that unfortunately was above a night club with pounding bass that was loudest right where the bedhead was - you couldn't hear it in the bathroom or kitchenette - weird and annoying haha. I ended up going down to the service desk and asking for a room change, he was very kind and apologetic, and moved me to the other side of the hotel. This room was quiet and I had no more issues from noise. I was also given 2 free breakfast vouchers as an apology which was unexpected and kind. Overall I was happy with my stay, but would have preferred something a little more convenient and closer to the centre of bangkok.

Good hôtel

The hotel's location is excellent, and the surrounding environment is beautiful with warm service. The only drawback is that the mattress is too old; some springs are damaged, which affected my sleep quality!

Booked for double bed but didn’t ready and have to wait . Got the room at night was a bit noisy from music

The room is decent, the TV is not that good, not too many channel to select at all. The towel is not that clean, anyway it is decent for the price. The location is close to big supermarket "Go Whole Sale" within the walking distance and there is 7-11 opposite of the hotel.

The room is clean and spacious, got a very good view too. There is a 7-11 across from the hotel. Overall, it’s very nice , we enjoyed our stay .

A reasonable hotel, not five stars. The main problem is that the staff there are very nice and the service is good, but the hotel is very old, the location is remote, the pool is old, the elevators don't work, three stations on TV are not in English, the breakfast is nicer than Thai food. The view is urban and not of a good area.

The location just wasn’t that great for the price hectic street can’t really walk anywhere. Hotels is really nice though but yeah if I was in Bangkok again, I’d stay somewhere else. I like the airbus station cheaper cleaner, nicer location.
