service was good, got free upgrade to pool/river view room. Staff are polite and customer oriented. Though the interior a bit old style, but it is clean and not smelly. The breakfast were so good, advise to start the breakfast by 8:30am, otherwise a bit queue to go in if you prefer indoor. wide variety of choice, good taste shuttle boat service for long hours which is very good, it runs every 30 minutes and they helped me to take the grab eat to room.

Room, bed and toilet are very spacious. Separate shower cubicle so the toilet doesn't get wet everywhere. Walkable distance to Siam/Pratunam area and also very near BTS station if prefer taking the train. The quirky cafe nearby serves tasty western/thai food. Hotel is under Accor group and their service did not disappoint, all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Only thing for the hotel to take note and possibly upgrade is the shower gel/shampoo bottle pumps and hair dryers. They were a bit dated and faulty but staff changed for us promptly after asking. But it would be great if the hotel can replace with new ones. Overall still very satisfied and will definitely stay again if the price is reasonable/on sale.

We, a family of three, stayed three nights here and are very impressed by the convenient location, cozy environment and excellent services provided by friendly and professional staff. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are all great which give you a resort-feel right in the centre of the city. The spa, though comes at a hefty price tag, is so relaxing that you’ll find every inch of your muscle being properly massaged. All in all, the stay in this hotel worths every penny you spent.

Красивый отель, ночевали здесь две ночи. Плюсы отеля в следующем: - красиво, зеленая территория, громко поют птички, кричат ящерки, летают цапли. Жили в бунгало. - близко к аэропорту, всего 15 минут езды на такси. - можно с животными, это для нас был большой плюс. - есть бассейн. - у бассейна и кафе есть гамаки. - при отеле есть кафе и массажи. - в 15 минутах на такси есть большой аутлет. Но есть и минусы: - шумно летают самолеты, мы же рядом с аэропортом. - с собакой можно только в бунгало, доплата за день немаленькая - 500 батт. - бассейн не симпатичный и не очень чистый, хлоркой не пахнет, на стенках осадок. - кафе очень дорогое. На арбузный шейк началась изжога. - магазины в пешей доступности, но идти по солнцу нужно минут 10 и перебегать шоссе.

Beautiful hotel! deluxe river view rooms exceptional, with a distant view of the river, washer dryer, turndown service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we could sit riverside for dinner even though the hotel had closed the area for a wedding function. This was much appreciated as we would have been beyond disappointed to have missed this feature. Shuttle boat to Icon Siam every hour, great breakfast, great gym and games room. A gem of a hotel!

Great staff, excellent location, a lovely room and good pool. My bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was great. Staff were always accomodating with any questions I had, and although the restaurants on site are currently closed there are lots of options for meals in the area. There is also great breakfast just opposite from the hotel. The area felt very safe to walk around, as well as walking to the sights. I would return here, especially once refurbishments are complete.

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

This hotel is just amazing! The best of the best. I work in hospitality training and see many 5 stars in BKK, let's say This Peninsula is in the top 3 of Bangkok. The staff is so so professional, from the FO to the pool, everybody is here for you and to make you feel warm and special. The Swimming pool is really nice, and cocktails makes is even better. Great happy hour!!! The room decoration is classy, traditional but with all modern things. In the morning, the breakfast have really everything!! Thai food, western, salmon, really fantastic!

We stayed here on the 31st March for one night due to the hotel being close to the airport. We paid for 1 night superior room which included breakfast and transfer to airport. Airport transfer was nice and clean and driver was friendly. Room was clean and tidy excluding the broken shelf. The room had some plug sockets that did not work. The worst part of the hotel was the restaurant. Once we arrived we decided to have dinner which was particularly okay excluding some workers walking around in pyjamas (presuming they had the evening off). Once we woke up, we walked towards the restaurant to have our breakfast but was rudely demanded that the restaurant was not open. We went to reception and asked whether we would receive breakfast and they gave us a takeaway box with a cold sandwich and a carton of orange juice. Baring in mind the price for breakfast was around £5each. I asked whether we could have the money for the breakfast refunded as we did not touch the food nor drink it and believed that this was expensive for the food received. I was insisted by the receptionist that we would not get a refund and instead we would get an American style breakfast (Below is a picture of the American breakfast we received). Toast was hard and stale, sausages were cold. We decided not to eat this. I understand that hotels are most likely not able to provide a buffet breakfast due to the ongoing virus but we expect to be able to sit in the restaurant and have a proper breakfast rather then a ‘prison food’ like service in our room.
