Pemiliknya comel, peramah, penginapan jika berjalan di seberang akan menjadi menakutkan, tetapi jika Deon di sebelah Seven tidak begitu menakutkan. Di sekitar tempat penginapan terdapat kedai syiling dan restoran. Terdapat tujuh juga Perhentian bas tidak jauh lebih kurang 500 meter. Jeti berhampiran Jeti Phra Arthit terletak hanya 10 minit dari hotel. Semuanya baik, tetapi saya ingin mengecam kebersihan kerana tuala kaki ketika mengelap akan terkelupas dari selimut. Selimut putih lebih kepada corak kerana ia memberikan pelanggan rasa bersih dan bukannya selimut bercorak. Namun, ia tidak berbaloi dengan harga yang dibayar. P.S. Dalam hotel pun ada kucing

เคยไปพักหลายครั้งแล้วค่ะ แต่รอบนี้ บรัชออนหาย กระเป๋าเครื่องสำอางถูกเปิด มีบรัชออนหายไป แล้วมาดูอีกครั้ง พวกกุญแจที่เป็นของที่ระลึกจากที่เราไปเที่ยวมสหายค่ะ แจ้งเรื่องแล้วแต่ยังไม่มีใครติดต่อกลับ พยายามคิดว่าตัวเองลืมที่อื่น แต่นอกจากแม่บ้านก้ไม่มีใครเข้าห้องแล้วค่ะ เราผิดเองที่แขวนป้ายให้ทำความสะอาด รอบนี้เสียความรู้สึกมากๆค่ะ ของไม่ได้แพง แต่มันเป็นของที่เราใช้ประจำด้วย

The Neighbor Phuton is exceptional and one of the best places I have ever stayed. The owner is really friendly, welcoming and attentive and made us really feel at home whilst making sure we had everything we needed. The guest house is very nicely designed making for a very nice setting to relax in whilst staying in Bangkok. The bedrooms are very nicely laid out with comfortable beds and separate shower and toilet spaces, all set around a small and beautiful courtyard garden. The breakfast is the best myself and my group have ever tried at a hotel (and we have stayed all over the world in various places). The owner arranged different options each day and all were exceptionally fresh and available delicious. Part of the group were vegetarian but this didn’t hinder things and we loved trying local specialty dishes each morning. The area surrounding the guest house is very ‘local old Bangkok’ and had a really nice vibe with lots of places to socialise and eat out. The locality for all of the main attractions, Temples, Shopping Centres, Piers, Train and Airports was perfect, the guest house is a short walk to all of the areas of Bangkok which would be on anyones list. Overall we had an amazing stay, we will absolutely make this our number one place to stay for our annual visit to Thailand, the owner takes exceptional care of guests and will make sure you have the perfect stay in Bangkok. Thanks so much!

Looking for a quieter guest house for 2 weeks in Bangkok. Soi Rambuttri has always been busy but not unduly noisy at night and the house is on the quieter end of the street. Had to pay over the odds to secure a room for the following day, would not take a deposit or reserve a room. Insisted we turn up at 12 o'clock and take our chance. Room extremely basic, very green, with thin curtains, scars where TV had been taken off the ceiling. Bed bases still in tatty plastic wrapping. No soap or anything other than toilet tissue, no top sheets on beds, just a woolly blanket, in the Bangkok heat? Air con switched off, its an extra on the B400 charge. Early evening they had a singer cum guitar strummer downstairs, where there is a outdoor eatery, who was very good, laid back and quiet. Worked his way through Dylan, Clapton etc and a bit of Pink Floyd. Pleasant to listen too as we lay in bed expecting sleep. His accompanist was the staff dragging tables and chairs around aimlessly, changing the layout, adding some, removing some. All pointless as there were no customers. When this finished the noisy music from the bars further down the street started up competing with one another, till early morning. The customers finally arrived and had a high old time screaming and giggling until around 2am. Then it went quiet until the loon with the chairs started again putting some away and rearranging the rest. We left as soon as possible after. Not to be confused with the Bella Bella Riverview in Samsen 2 area which is a fine place to stay.

Though you will have someone to assist but still wanted to give you this point in case you have lot of luggages Awesome Property in Bangkok old area. What I loved here is many , Listing it down so as to make it easier 1) Quiteness as it is located in the residential area & it's a heritage Property of 100 years + 2) Great quality at the lowest price which is affordable by every one 3) The staff Ms lak , you will fall in love with this women as she is helpful & always ready to go that extra mile for the guest 4) All restarents nearby , Cabs are available just outside the Property or slight walk of 100 mtrs 5) Room is spacious enough , Property is sparkling clean 6) Breakfast is basic but it's very good 7) Travel & sight seeing can be arranged at a reasonable price . 8) Laundry they charge only 50 baht for 1 kg of clothes 9) Some beautiful flowers can be spotted & there is also small water body where you can see the fish 🐟

While the photos look great and the rooms were clean and fresh the approach is very daunting you walk down a narrow graffiti alley for almost 1 minute past garbage bins ,discarded trolleys, construction and just when you are sure you are in the wrong place you see the glass doors with the words ADAMAZ hotel engraved upon their tinted surfaces. We arrived during the day but had it been a late night arrival I would never have walked to the end. If first impressions matter to you then this is not the place for you. Once inside rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful -

Lovely place tucked away in the bylanes of Phranakorn. Very courteous staff, clean and colourful rooms. Every room is themed and must agree that the owner of this property has very good taste in decorating the rooms. Self sufficient rooms, wonderful AC and the cafe right below is awesome.

We booked a Double Room with Private Toilet during Songkran 2023 season and we're thankful we managed to get a good price despite the holiday season. The property is within walking distance to the rambunctious Khao San Road and Soi Rambuttri (less than 5 minutes away) but tucked in a quiet part of the neighborhood so expect a good night's sleep (down a cold bottle of Chang to be sure). There's a sari sari store just outside the alley, a 7 Eleven 150 meters away, and McDonald's Ratchadamnoen 400 meters away. Though vocally impaired, the receptionist is cheerful and extremely helpful with concerns about the accommodation. Overall great value for money!

Really quirky and interesting hotel. Love the theme and the random features in the rooms and reception. Feels like a real labour of love. The room is well-sized and comfortable. Wifi was mostly fine. Great little rooftop bar. The only downside was that there was nobody in reception when I arrived (you have to call a number, and a staff member turns up after a few minutes). Despite that, would definitely stay again
