Hotel berhampiran Gereja Kristus Tuhan Banyuwangi, Banyuwangi

Saya baru mendaki Gunung Ijen dan keletihan semasa saya mendaftar masuk, saya perlu menukar bilik kerana saya bimbang tentang kebisingan yang saya tidak tahu sama ada dia sangat baik dan sopan Dia membuka dua bilik untuk saya pilih. Terima kasih banyak. Sarapan pagi juga sedap, ada kek kecil dengan kerajang emas di atasnya. Perkhidmatan concierge juga sangat baik. Mereka membantu saya dengan semua jenis bagasi, termasuk kasut kotor saya selepas mendaki Gunung Ijen Apabila saya meninggalkan hotel, mereka membantu saya melihat jika teksi yang saya hubungi telah tiba. Perkhidmatan hotel ini melebihi jangkaan dan mesti dipuji.

There are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice. The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best! And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food. At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.

Huge lobby. Great and humble staff. Breakfast menu is amazing. I stayed for 4 night and the room service is excellent, auto top up mineral water and all toiletries (without request). The room is clean, big and has beautifull view of Ijen mountain. And I love the Shower! Imho ths is 3 star hotel with 4 star experience. Definitely will comeback.

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

The best place for short vacation in banyuwangi, we have a wonderfulstay there with my 2 kids, they love the pool, playground and the food on the breakfast.. there is some small glitch but management act very quick to turn around the service into good experience. We love our room, its clean and tidy. Thank you for Ibu Dwi for taking care our stay, vani at spa for the relaxing treatment and front desk team for their warm smile and super helpfull. Definitely we will be back again later.

Het hotel heeft een nieuwe eigenaar en hij doet heel erg zijn best. We hadden een heel ruime kamer met een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht op de rijstvelden. De badkamer was ook heel ruim met aparte ruimte voor de wasbak. Ook voldoende kasten aanwezig. Er is een restaurant bij het hotel maar het menu is voorlopig nog heel beperkt. De tuin was mooi aangelegd en goed onderhouden.

爬ijen火山一般都住外南夢城裡麪，主要是距離碼頭近，但去爬火山需要兩點過就起來，開2個小時。所以當時我訂酒店是看的特別有名的ijen villa&resort，後來結果被定完了。所以恰好被app推薦了Teras hotel ijen，一看價格600rmb一晚上也還行，就定了（結果後來發現還降價到450了，虧了虧了）。 酒店距離外南夢碼頭大概45分鐘，但是位置可以看到ijen火山羣，而且外麪就有稻田和椰子樹，落日的時候太漂亮了。周圍其實還有幾家酒店，還有一個guest house，一晚200rmb。酒店設計特別有設計感，類似於國內的精品小酒店，衹有一層樓房間。 由於酒店周圍沒啥餐廳，基本上在酒店吃就好。價格也不貴，人均就是50rmb，真心便宜。 但是從酒店小路下去到大路右轉有個小咖啡廳，幾個年輕人做飲品比較青澀，但是拍照好看，推薦大家去看看。 然後酒店旁邊有個guest house，也可以喝咖啡，周圍就是稻田，也適合看落日。整個酒店獃著就很讓人放鬆，沒有什麼壓力感。 Teras Hotel最大的問題是交通不方便，這裏叫不到Grab，衹有酒店有出租車電話，去碼頭直接貴一倍，喊價250k，沒辦法也衹能走。 還有就是報團去爬ijen這裏也沒有，也是酒店會提供聯繫人自己談一下。基本上一個車1700k，包括嚮導和門票，來酒店接，也可以結束送你去碼頭。這個價格略貴，但是也是可以接受，三四個人拼車也還好。 總之在ijen，非常建議在這裏多住一天，緩解下特種兵行程的疲勞感。

I've booked through AirAsia for this hotel, I stay from Dec 25th - Dec 27th, I booked for Deluxe twin room. When I checked in the reception desk didn't mention anything about the room type that they going to assign me in, they only mention my room room number (it's room 120), so I go there just to find out that I got the wrong room (they give me double bed room), so I called the reception and mentioned that I was booked twin room but they said there's no note regarding my room preferences and they asked me to send the hotel voucher to their WA hotlines number and I did, after several times waiting I asked (I checked on them few times by calling them through my room). What they suggest me is so disappointing, they said we can't moved you to twin room because the room is full at this moment what we can give you is extra bed, and they said we can't give you that room because the confirmation that we got from Expedia was, you booked for double room, and I corrected them by saying I booked from AirAsia not Expedia, they asked me to contact AirAsia, I said no, how can they suggest such things, I said it's your internal problem between your system and AirAsia, I don't have to know and I don't want to know, also how can I put my self on comfort while my son have to sleep on uncomfortable extra bed, I said I gave you 5 mins to move me on my desired room. After about almost one hr back and forth phone call to reception finally they give me twin room it's room no 133 (2nd room from the end area), the room doesn't look like normal room, the terrace chair is only one pcs (not pair), the bathroom door is dirty. Anyway, it was unpleasant experience... so I don't think it was because they have no room for me, as they give me the right room afterwards (after complaining) they just not handling guest in proper manner they should be.

The views across the rice terraces up to the mountains are absolutely incredible. Complete peace and quiet. Great spacious room and beautiful gardens. The pool area is great with the volcanos behind towering over. Hotel organised our trip to ijen with an amazing guide. They also organised our onward travel. This hotel is literally in the middle of no where so could I would suggest stopping at the shop before hand to pick up some drinks and snacks. Hotel breakfast was great. Only negative was I wish there was a bit more selection for the dinner menu. We found the back page with the more local food to be better than the main items advertised.
