真的不錯，在ijen火山附近，我會推薦給大家。
雖然衹呆了6個小時（因為第二天一早2:30am就出發，前一晚從bromo過來八點才到），但整體感覺很不錯，從前台服務、到餐廳、到住宿體驗、morning call到提前早餐準備，都有水準。
晚上去餐廳用餐，也是一路上很有回憶點的一頓。
讓我覺得整體感覺有點像ubuh的capella。

Saya baru mendaki Gunung Ijen dan keletihan semasa saya mendaftar masuk, saya perlu menukar bilik kerana saya bimbang tentang kebisingan yang saya tidak tahu sama ada dia sangat baik dan sopan Dia membuka dua bilik untuk saya pilih. Terima kasih banyak. Sarapan pagi juga sedap, ada kek kecil dengan kerajang emas di atasnya. Perkhidmatan concierge juga sangat baik. Mereka membantu saya dengan semua jenis bagasi, termasuk kasut kotor saya selepas mendaki Gunung Ijen Apabila saya meninggalkan hotel, mereka membantu saya melihat jika teksi yang saya hubungi telah tiba. Perkhidmatan hotel ini melebihi jangkaan dan mesti dipuji.

Я приехала в 6:00 утра, раньше времени заселения и мой номер был занят.
Мне предоставили возможность принять душ, полотенце, а так же предложили чай, горячую воду и возможность отдохнуть на диване до освобождения комнаты. В итоге меня заметили в 10:30 раньше положенного времени.
Я очень благодарна сотрудникам отеля.

Good location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

There are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice.
The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best!
And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food.
At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.

I stayed at Mirah hotel just for 1 night, as a layover to Bali. We reached at night as we were driving all the way from JKT. The room was neat and clean, but there were many Mosquitoes. We were hungry and sleepy, so we ordered food the time we entered the property. The food came in no time, but it tasted like as if it had been cooked 3 days before serving. we ordered Spaghetti, and it tasted very bad. We were a group of 20 people, and our overall experience was fine, the staff was friendly and were very quick.

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

TTheosofieLocation was good, walking distance to market and central park. Also the road lead to beaches.
Room was small but cosy, no kettle, tea and coffee facilities in room. They provide complimentary tea and coffee at lobby and to be consumed within the lobby area. Nevertheless I love spending time at the roof top, nice view.
Staff was super friendly and efficient.

PPengguna TetamuI chose this hotel because of the design and good feedback of guests. As expected, the hotel offered us a pleasant atmosphere with a quality service. I love the wooden sliding doors which hide a bathroom and balcony. The breakfast is good enough and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I didn't use a swimming pool and rooftop bar since we spend more time for sightseeing.

PPengguna TetamuI've booked through AirAsia for this hotel, I stay from Dec 25th - Dec 27th, I booked for Deluxe twin room. When I checked in the reception desk didn't mention anything about the room type that they going to assign me in, they only mention my room room number (it's room 120), so I go there just to find out that I got the wrong room (they give me double bed room), so I called the reception and mentioned that I was booked twin room but they said there's no note regarding my room preferences and they asked me to send the hotel voucher to their WA hotlines number and I did, after several times waiting I asked (I checked on them few times by calling them through my room). What they suggest me is so disappointing, they said we can't moved you to twin room because the room is full at this moment what we can give you is extra bed, and they said we can't give you that room because the confirmation that we got from Expedia was, you booked for double room, and I corrected them by saying I booked from AirAsia not Expedia, they asked me to contact AirAsia, I said no, how can they suggest such things, I said it's your internal problem between your system and AirAsia, I don't have to know and I don't want to know, also how can I put my self on comfort while my son have to sleep on uncomfortable extra bed, I said I gave you 5 mins to move me on my desired room. After about almost one hr back and forth phone call to reception finally they give me twin room it's room no 133 (2nd room from the end area), the room doesn't look like normal room, the terrace chair is only one pcs (not pair), the bathroom door is dirty. Anyway, it was unpleasant experience... so I don't think it was because they have no room for me, as they give me the right room afterwards (after complaining) they just not handling guest in proper manner they should be.

ZZongyouyitianhuanqiulvxing去完bromo實在是太累了因此決定在ijen多休息一天，住一個漂亮的酒店歇歇腳！事實證明太明智了
🌟時間與路線
酒店在一個深山裡，所以非常難找，難怪名字叫：hidden paradise 。從bromo山腳開到酒店耗時四五個小時，開進山裡之後都是S型小路，一定要用google map導航好。我們從中午開到晚上，所以住兩晚比較合適。
🌟酒店環境
真的美到失語！有種這裡是天堂後花園的感覺，遠處可以看到火山🌋，還有清晨的雲霧繚繞，綠綠的草地，明媚的陽光和棕櫚樹，身心都被狠狠治癒❤️🩹，通宵爬山的勞累也可以好好緩解。整體不屬於特別luxury，但是給人特別放鬆的感覺，人也不多。酒店基本都是villa小別墅，如果是標準房可能內部比較一般，最好定個套房會比較大，自帶陽台如P4。
🌟周邊可玩
我們以在酒店休息為主，還體驗了酒店spa，不算特別貴，兩個人400r左右，早飯晚飯也在酒店餐廳解決，第二天晚上前往ijen火山，車程1.5小時左右。
周圍可以去1️⃣baluran national park 一個野生動物園 車程2小時左右 2️⃣魔戒森林 dejawan forest

GGeorgia SWe stayed here for just a few hours before being collected in the middle of the night to climb Ijen. It was good for the price - the beds were comfy, air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. Reception was manned 24 hours a day, so could check out at midnight. We ate at the restaurant on the top floor, which was fine. The menu wasn’t in great English and some of the western options were slightly odd - my carbonara had breaded chicken in, and pastry cheese straws on the top for some reason. The service was also a little slow for food. However it tasted nice, portions were good and it was very well priced.

There is a nice park across the road and the night market is a short walk away. Restaurants, coffee shops and various other establishments all within walking distance. Note that the doors open inward; there's also no card entry so you can charge your devices while out. The WiFi is erratic and there is no fridge in the room, but no great bother. All the staff were excellent, including the front desk and cleaning staff. There's something enigmatic about this place and it all centers around the pool. It has a kind of cool, dystopian Las Vegas outskirts vibe to it. It could easily appear in a Coen brothers film if ever they come to Indonesia. It's not luxury, and W. Somerset Maugham probably wouldn't repeat, but we most certainly will next time we pass through.

NNicoA bit oldish but nice people. No restaurant is available on-site, yet there are a few convenience stores down the street, 400m away. Internet only works in the common area. 15km away / 45min from the beginning of the trek to Ijen. Very convenient

If you need internet for work G Land area is not good. In all surf camps nearby and wifi for video calling or stable sockets. Mobile network is the same. Closest village with good internet is located in 1 hour road from g land. We left this place 1 day before than our booking is expired because of bad internet.
If you on your own transport you have to show your reservation in alas purwo national park. Otherwise it’s forbidden to enter park on your own transport.
The food is good for surfers. You accumulate it during your stay and pay at the end. The dormitory room looks simple and clean (you have to go to toilet outside in 30 seconds). There are loads of monkeys in the area: be careful during your breakfast, they could easily catch your milkshake or so. Staff spend some time to deal with monkeys.
They have transfer with boat to surf spots. If you want to paddle in beach is just 100 meters away.
Many animals are nearby: I saw deers, boars, monkeys. There are some gossips about tigers.
