Hotel Banyuwangi Sub-District dengan Sarapan

After two days in Banyuwangi, this really is the only choice in town; we are so glad we didn't book another hotel. There is a nice park across the road and the night market is a short walk away. Restaurants, coffee shops and various other establishments all within walking distance. Note that the doors open inward; there's also no card entry so you can charge your devices while out. The WiFi is erratic and there is no fridge in the room, but no great bother. All the staff were excellent, including the front desk and cleaning staff. There's something enigmatic about this place and it all centers around the pool. It has a kind of cool, dystopian Las Vegas outskirts vibe to it. It could easily appear in a Coen brothers film if ever they come to Indonesia. It's not luxury, and W. Somerset Maugham probably wouldn't repeat, but we most certainly will next time we pass through.

Kamar nyaman, bersih. Kasur, ac, smart tv perfect. Tp sayang akun netflix sharing sehingga harus gantian jika sudah banyak yg menggunakan. Staff ramah dan membantu. Sebenarnya hostel bersih, tp sepertinya lingkungan yg banyak kecoak dan masuk ke dalam, jd ada beberapa kecoak yg masuk” ke dalam hostel. Agak kurang nyaman dengan aktifitas asisten staff yg memasak di sharing kitchen dalam waktu yg sangat amat lama sehingga saat saya sedang ingin memasak mie untuk sarapan jd tidak bisa. Karena kompor hanya 1 tungku. Mengakibatkan anak saya jd tidak bs sarapan. Disayangkan. Lalu untuk air panas hanya ada di kamar mandi lantai 2. Agak repot untuk anak”, ibu hamil, org berbadan besar untuk naik turun ke toilet atas karena tangga juga sedikit tinggi” jaraknya. Selebihnya sangat membuat nyaman untuk beristirahat. Terimakasih banyak owner dikasih ice cream mixue saat siang” untuk camilan 💙

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was negative due to a booking error. I accidentally selected the wrong date, and when I tried to change the reservation, it turned out that there were no available rooms on the day I needed. The cancellation policy was too strict, resulting in me losing money even though I didn't physically use the hotel's services. Despite not being able to evaluate the hotel myself, my friends who had previously stayed there spoke very highly of it. They noted the comfort and convenience of the accommodation, and also mentioned that the hotel offers trips to Mount Ijen, which is a significant advantage for travelers. Overall, although my impression was marred by an unfortunate booking experience, I hope other guests can avoid such situations and enjoy their stay at this hotel.

What an incredible hotel! We loved every minute of our stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and so helpful! We felt so supported and cared for. They were smiley, attentive, and welcoming to the hotel. Top quality service from all of the staff! The attention to detail was incredible. Lovely menu with a mix of Indonesian and western food, an INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet with so much choice! The room was clean and felt fresh, the pool area was amazing (we used the pool a lot!) and the bed was so so incredibly comfy. The hotel staff even arranged a breakfast box for us when we left to get an overnight train- a really appreciated gesture. Would 100% stay here again, it felt 5 stars!
