Nos quedamos dos noches con mi pareja. No es un hotel elegante, pero vale lo que se paga. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, la cama no es muy cómoda y las almohadas son un poco duras. Puntos a favor: excelente ubicación frente al mall, cerca del aeropuerto, cerca de un restaurant muy bueno, hay taxis fuera del hotel permanentemente, excelente atención, servicio de algunos alimentos las 24 horas, servicio de bar hasta las 5:30, la cocina los platos son ricos y económicos, tienen contenedores de reciclaje en la entrada, cuenta con estacionamiento privado. El desayuno no está incluído, se debe pagar aparte a $3.900, lo cual es adecuado para la variedad y calidad y los fines de semana se sirve hasta las 12:00 hrs.

HABITACION MUY COMODA, CON BUENA UBICACION. EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL HA SIDO AMABLE EN TODO MOMENTO, RESOLVIERON NUESTRAS DUDAS Y ESTUVIERON DISPUESTOS A DAR UNA BUENA ATENCION. EL DESAYUNO MUY SURTIDO, SOLO SE EXTRAÑO UN RESTAURANT PARA ALMORZAR Y/O TOMAR OTRA COMIDA DURANTE EL DIA DENTRO DEL MISMO HOTEL.

Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación. Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

Another of the hotels I used to stay in the past. Last time I was here was 2019. Very happy to see there are still doing an excellent job. Great customer service. Thanks to Carlos in the front desk for helping with my request for a high floor. The wait staff at the restaurant has been there for a while, and are great at making sure you have everything you need. The location is great. The hotel is near the train station, the shopping mall, and a wonderful park to do some exercise. Also within 2 miles of the wonderful University of Concepcion.

We enjoyed staying here, a 1 night stopover on the way to Santiago, and world stay again if in the area. Room great, clean, good air con, good shower and a nice touch with a free welcome drink. Breakfast adequate and nice big car park. Points we felt a bit let down on were, a mess up with our keycard which they said they corrected but the new card wouldn’t work in the lift repeatedly and we were unnecessarily being asked to use the staff lift and then still notable to enter our room meaning we had to go back to reception etc - no real apology. We would have forgiven, these things happen, but then when requesting milk for our tea/coffee (machine in room) we were told we had to pay, and also we couldn’t take it upstairs ourselves, we had to wait for it to be delivered. This seemed inefficient and penny pinching. Breakfast service also a bit clunky with having to point at buffet rather than helping ourselves or ordering from table. Queues built up. Covid is reason but staff put their hands all over glasses, cutlery and food they served anyway ….

Very good location, very professional and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was also very good and service was a little slow but also very effective. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Es un hotel 3 estrellas.. cumple con lo que uno necesitas cuando estás de paso por Los Ángeles. El baño estaba muy limpio. Es un hotel antiguo pero bien mantenido. Lo único que No me gustó es que el aire acondicionado era realmente antiguo y no enfriaba nada... humedecia mucho la habitación, así que pasamos mucha calor en la noche. La atención de las personas que trabajan cordial. El desayuno bastante bueno 👍. Cenamos en el restaurante y también fue una muy buena opción. La piscina es salvadora para pasar el calor con los niños.
