Hotel is nice across from shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast has plenty options.

The hotel is very comfortable with wonderful service! Unlike some other hotels I’ve stayed at before, this one did not have any cigarette smell. The staff are friendly to foreigners and the breakfast includes both Chinese and Western cuisines. Will definitely visit again in the future!

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

交通十分便利，停車很方便，停車場也很寬敞，一進大堂乾淨明亮，酒店設施齊全，環境優雅舒適，服務熱情周到，感謝服務管家小許的細心照顧，安排了牛奶，工作人員面帶微笑且問好，讓人感覺很温暖。

原本對這家酒店沒抱多大期望，圖個方便才預訂的，結果入住後卻給了我極大的驚喜，前台小翟熱情地迎接了我，辦理入住手續高效又專業，還細心地告知我酒店的各項設施及周邊的一些好去處，讓我一下子就有了好感。

酒店會提前聯繫確認入住需求，這點好評！房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，設施齊全。服務人員非常熱情，有求必應。看我們出門要去玩兒，還特意遞了兩瓶温水，很暖心。離店時還送了小禮品，很是驚喜。推薦給來保定的朋友們！

從踏入酒店大堂開始，前台小董親切極具感染力的微笑，讓我感到非常的親切和舒服。看我們帶着長者幫忙申請了早餐，並且還貼心的送我們到房間。到房間一一給我們介紹了設施設備的使用和房間所包含的。小董真的是非常的貼心細緻。不僅如此，當我糾結於選擇附近哪一家餐廳用餐時，禮賓員小濤還根據我的口味給出了極為精準的推薦，這種熱情周到的服務態度，實在是讓我有了強烈的賓至如歸之感，彷彿這裏不是臨時歇腳的酒店，而是久別重逢的家。
