Hotel Lianchi District di Baoding

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping mall and with shared bikes, making it super convenient to visit attractions and the shopping district. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful sleep. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, checking us in quickly, and even recommended nearby restaurants. The breakfast was also extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. It was an excellent value, and I'd definitely stay here again!

There are 4 hotels in one building, and the ”Grey Whale” is on the 20th floor, and the self-service laundry room and fitness room are on the 21st floor. The hotel is in a very convenient location, a 5-10 minute walk to the Military Academy Square. There are many restaurants around, and it's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the Baoding East High-speed Railway Station. The rooms are newly renovated, but the only drawback is that there are always people smoking in the toilet, and the smoke comes in through the bathroom fan.

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

Passing by Beijing, I chose a hotel close to the highway. The environment was very good and it was newly opened. I can't say enough about it. The whole service is the best I have ever experienced recently. From check-in to dining, especially in the morning, the waiter will help you get your bag when you come in and put it on the seat. She is good-looking and has a good service attitude. She will serve you with a smile throughout the morning. Have a good mood. There are many kinds of breakfast, including donkey meat grilled on fire, very satisfied!

The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had strong water flow, which was a pleasant experience. However, this room type has an open bathroom, so if you mind, you can choose a different room type. The soundproofing was average; you could faintly hear the music from the bar at night, not loud but audible. The breakfast was varied and the children loved it. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very close to the Paleozoological Museum, a 5-minute drive away.
