After checking in, I realized it's a hotel that frequently hosts conferences. Naturally, with more people, the service quality suffers. However, if they can't guarantee the rights of individual guests, at the very least, they should inform us when booking on the platform that there will be a conference during that period. The hallway on our floor reeked of smoke. We booked a family room, but ended up being placed next to guests who were playing cards with their door open all night. For individual guests, there was absolutely no good living experience. It was 11:30 PM, and only after I called the front desk multiple times did they finally make a reminder call, and the neighbors closed their door. The room's layout design has very poor soundproofing; even after they closed the door, it was still noisy."
