Hotel di Baoding Central Passenger Transport Terminal, Baoding

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

Our relatives, who are international students at Henan University, came to visit our children, and we booked a hotel for them. We chose the one closest to our home, right next to the Military Academy Square, so it's very convenient for shopping, taking a taxi, and going to West Street and the main campus of Henan University. Before leaving, we asked them about their stay, and they said they were very satisfied with the experience. The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was excellent, and they were very warm and welcoming. The room was clean, sanitary, and warm. In addition, they were very interested in our food delivery robot, haha 😁

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

The coffee machine is freshly ground coffee beans. There is no experience. There is a smart robot. Environment: There are many front hall cards. The design is slightly unreasonable. This hotel is fantastic. Good location, on the street, very easy to find. In the middle of the Zhili Governor's Office and the Palaeontological Museum. There is its own underground parking lot next to it, which is very convenient. The room is large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Downstairs is a Dianli boat banquet restaurant, very good 👍🏻

The room was a bit small, the two beds were almost on, the sound insulation was almost, and the door was loud at one to two o'clock at night. The room heard clearly (although the quality of these people who stayed in the store was poor, if no one was talking loudly), it reflected that the sound insulation was not good; Breakfast is OK, parking is more convenient, that is, you can find a place to park when you go back later; It is worthy of praise for the first floor hall: there is a temperature suitable self-propelled tea for guests to drink, there is also a warm bottled water cabinet, so that guests can drink warm water immediately in the cold winter season, the hall layout flowers, etc., in short, there are characteristics, there are highlights.

The hotel facilities are perfect, the room is very large, it is very comfortable to live, the bathroom is also very large, it is very comfortable, there are three bathing places, two bathtubs can be used, one shower is also great, the water is very flush, the hot water is very sufficient.

Thanks to the small gift from the front desk. The room is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, there is a parking lot in front of the door, parking is convenient, there are many shopping centers around, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the front desk is very polite, giving people a homely feeling, the most worth mentioning is the breakfast, rich and varied, although the restaurant is small but it is cleaned up in time, there are pancakes, which are particularly good, a very satisfactory stay experience.

We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

The hotel lobby is super bright and the mood is very comfortable as soon as you come in, and the service staff are very smiling and the service is very intimate.
