The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

The service is super good. There are many kinds of snacks and thoughtful little things at the front desk, such as disposable toilet mats, dental floss, glasses cloths, earplugs, laundry detergent, wet wipes, warm baby rubber bands. They are super thoughtful. They greet you every time you enter the door. The attitude is super good. Tea, coffee and sour plum soup are prepared in the rest area, and there is also an ice machine. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!
