We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. The overall service standard was excellent and definitely deserves a full five-star rating. A special thank you to Ivy Zhang (张静) for her attentive care. Her service was professional and detailed, making us feel at home throughout our entire stay. Everything was handled with great care. We would also like to thank Nicole (陈碧君). Her warm welcome at the lobby every day made us feel very comfortable. The staff at the main entrance were also very helpful, assisting us with arranging transportation for Alan (何志远) and our daily travel needs, which made a big difference for us. Additionally, many thanks to Allen (蔡明生), who helped coordinate the shuttle bus to and from the Canton Fair. His attention to detail made our schedule much smoother. Overall, this stay was not only comfortable but also provided impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made fruit smoothies.I was exhuasted of work and the lobby very comfortable 🤣😘 The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located on the banks of the Qiandeng lake, and close to Fosan commercial district. Room is well facilitate and hygienic. The buffet breakfast is of good quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful, special mention goes to Mr. Anson Huang, the Food & Beverage Manager. Much thanks to his wonderful service that given me and my family a joyful staying in the hotel

UTree Pavilion is hosted by a wonderful family who were extremely welcoming and consistently extended care and attention throughout my stay. The apartment hotel was spotlessly clean and had excellent service amenities. This was my first trip to China and I was astounded by the level of open-heartedness and genuine positive characteristics that I experienced. I plan to return to stay with UTree Pavilion, they have given me a wonderful impression and experience of the warmth of Mainland Chinese culture. The building is beautiful and has been thoughtfully curated with activities, amenities and decor. The location is excellent for visiting local attractions. I can only wholeheartedly recommend choosing this location for your stay in Foshan. To the hosts - thank you for providing an experience that I will always cherish.

It's fantastic to have staff as warm and reliable as Marlboro – this truly makes the entire experience even better! 👍 During my stay at Double tree by Hilton foshan nanhai Hotel and the staff member Marlboro provided exceptional service. His attitude was warm and hospitable, demonstrating great patience with guests and proactively assisting in resolving any issues encountered, creating a sense of being valued and cared for. It is hoped that the hotel will acknowledge and reward his outstanding performance.

Location is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all. Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China. Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :) Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

It’s a well located hotel with the only Indian restaurant close by that is highly recommended for travelers who want to eat Indian food. Highly recommend the hotel and for sure I shall be staying there again soon.

Great Location : Easy to find, Near to amenities like eateries & provision stores, Easy to get Cab & There is a bus from this hotel to Hong Kong Airport (latest trip 4pm, there is a QR Code at the front desk to book) Cleanliness : Very proper and Clean environment, Rooms are tidy and clean carpets (Except for some lights not working, Room 1012) Service : Very friendly, helpful & knowledgable front desk service staffs. Thanks for the late check-out. There are always a male staff guarding the door at lobby, making sure security is good. Price : Very reasonable for this location & standard, and came with very decent chinese breakfast. Comfort : Comfortable bed and air-condition is good (Try to get high floor room if you are in the low season, the town view is beautiful) Strongly recommend if you are new to the place.

It was good overall, except for the lack of a bathtub and the difficulty finding the place since the sign at the entrance had a different name.

入住很多次了.在附近算很不錯一個酒店.還有直通車到香港.從前台到服務員各個服務態度都很好.即熱情又熱心.今天幫我辦入住的是2012小妹.笑口常開讓人很温馨！特別感謝那位管理衞生的不知名阿姐很多次麻煩你了🙏
