The location is just next to the walking street so is very convenient but also heavy traffic especially during the weekend. The room is as pictured, spacious and relaxing. All the staffs we met are very welcoming and friendly, also the recommended local restaurants are very good. The laundry is done by their staff, just hand it to the front desk and pick up when it's ready (You can drop off during night time and pick up after breakfast). Breakfast is in the cafe, not much choices however the views and vibes are awesome. We were a little late for check out and they are so kind to extend our check out time.

Everything is good, front desk friendly and professional, and the location is good for exploring and tasting local food. However, upon our arrival and leaving, this guy, the bellboy in the picture did nothing about helping the guests loading and unloading, and I confirm with him that he is with Oakwood! What the heck.

It's closed to nearby shopping.To find the main door It's quite difficult because located at the main road junction. The air conditioning is not cool .

Checked with ctrip AI if they have connecting rooms which they replied yes. Requested for connecting rooms during online booking with trip.com. upon check-in, asked for connecting rooms and was told only the presidential suite has a connecting room. Asked for a plastic chair to be used in the toilet for elderly at the reception and was told they do not have any. But they informed housekeeping to send over another anti-slip mat. Checked with housekeeping about plastic chair and they found a shower chair for elderly. Thank you to the housekeeping team!

民宿老闆比較有品位，衞生標準比較高，智能化設施齊全，注重細節，洗手液是自動的，馬桶是智能馬桶，看説明還是抗菌坐墊，噴頭自動清洗，一客一消毒，帶小音箱，帶多頭充電線，床品乾淨平整，暫時不在房間，保潔也收拾乾淨。管家也服務周到。院子設施方便，還帶運動的，休息的，以及圖書角。周圍交通方便。美中不足的是有的房間陽台的綠植佈置好像沒有室內精緻，不知道是不是冬天的原因。另外就是有一部分房間靠馬路，雖然有耳塞，睡覺輕的還是要謹慎選擇，可以選擇不靠馬路那一面。這些都不影響我總體覺得是一個高品質高性價比民宿，下次來佛山我還會選擇入住。

101 this is surprisingly good, not just facilities but also services. hotel is located near shopping mall, u can always resupply easily. breakfast is also good. this is one of the best, low cost hotel that I have ever stayed.

酒店還有較多的改進空間。 外停車場：因為是晚上過去，一開始沒看到酒店名字（位置較高）以為走錯地方，希望能加多一些位置較低的標誌。 空間：房間寬敞，電視略小，顯得空曠。 房間樓層高，視野很好，符合酒店名字。 衞生方面：兩間大床房，其中一間沒搞衞生，當時心情頓時有落差，前台瞭解後馬上給予更換，效率很高。總體衞生尚可，但淋浴間衞生需要加強，有尿騷味。 問題： 定了兩間大床房，其中一間總體不錯，但臨時更換那間，2米床是兩張一米床拼起來的，一開始沒發現，半夜睡覺背部不適，感覺到有縫隙後才留意到。第二天退房時反映給前台，沒有任何迴應。當時趕時間就沒再進一步追究。 服務：前枱佈置較為簡陋，前台是兩位年輕女孩坐鎮，有活潑的氣息，容易溝通，但略顯業餘。隨房送雪糕和飲料（開放式自由拿取）我們人較多辦理入住時孩子拿了6根冰棍，前台沒計較，這裏贊一個。 設施： 設施中規中矩。 早餐：家人評價一般。 位置：樓下能看到一家大荷塘農莊，特地跑過去試味，清蒸筍殼魚很不錯，禮貌的服務也驚艷到我。性價比還不錯。 總體：考慮到是鎮裏的酒店，各方面無法和星級酒店對比，所以也沒過度計較一些問題，希望以上回饋對酒店改進有一些參考。

I stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
