TTimCeeUTree Pavilion is hosted by a wonderful family who were extremely welcoming and consistently extended care and attention throughout my stay. The apartment hotel was spotlessly clean and had excellent service amenities. This was my first trip to China and I was astounded by the level of open-heartedness and genuine positive characteristics that I experienced. I plan to return to stay with UTree Pavilion, they have given me a wonderful impression and experience of the warmth of Mainland Chinese culture. The building is beautiful and has been thoughtfully curated with activities, amenities and decor. The location is excellent for visiting local attractions. I can only wholeheartedly recommend choosing this location for your stay in Foshan. To the hosts - thank you for providing an experience that I will always cherish.

XXinmienGet a FREE upgrade for the room which has a tatami in it. The room is spacious and clean. Very comfortable to stay. The service is superb. Requested for an iron board, our request was attended immediately. The location is very close to lots of tourist attractions. Very convenient. The breakfast is good too. Everything is marvelous ❤️

The whole place is spacious, the rooms are large and beautifully designed. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such a unique room layout before — it’s really one of a kind. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and all the necessary amenities are provided in the room. The bar was great, and the view was absolutely stunning. I had breakfast here, which I would rate a 7 out of 10. However, the service was truly excellent. I’m completely in love with this hotel. My partner and I truly appreciated everything about this place, enjoyed our stay to the fullest, and felt so welcome throughout. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be coming back. The swimming pool area is also incredibly beautiful!

PPennyLHPLocation is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all. Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China. Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :) Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

YYong Meng FeiGreat Location : Easy to find, Near to amenities like eateries & provision stores, Easy to get Cab & There is a bus from this hotel to Hong Kong Airport (latest trip 4pm, there is a QR Code at the front desk to book) Cleanliness : Very proper and Clean environment, Rooms are tidy and clean carpets (Except for some lights not working, Room 1012) Service : Very friendly, helpful & knowledgable front desk service staffs. Thanks for the late check-out. There are always a male staff guarding the door at lobby, making sure security is good. Price : Very reasonable for this location & standard, and came with very decent chinese breakfast. Comfort : Comfortable bed and air-condition is good (Try to get high floor room if you are in the low season, the town view is beautiful) Strongly recommend if you are new to the place.

LLives out of a suitcase.Well located, decor is a little old and rooms maybe dated, but comfortable. Breakfast was a little chaotic and busy. There was no room in the restaurant so we have to sit in the foyer area to eat. Luckily we only needed coffee and light snack. Good location for feasting in Shunde and for access to manufacturers and factories.
