Stayed here for two nights and had a really pleasant experience. Check-in process: Booked in the morning and received a quick reply. While we were on our way, the host completed our remote check-in via WeChat. They sent detailed instructions on how to find the room and the door code. Everything was very easy and hassle-free. Room: The room was very clean, and the bedding was fresh. Complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and coffee were provided. A special thank you for the milk treat! Towels were disposable, which was convenient. The bathroom had liquid hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The only small thing was that there was no separate foot towel — not a big deal, just something to note. Housekeeping: On the second day, housekeeping was done while we were out. Fresh towels, water, and toiletries were replenished. View and comfort: The room was on the 33rd floor, offering a beautiful view of the city and the park. Despite the height, it was very quiet — we slept really well. The room is equipped with a washing machine, kettle, air conditioner, and a projector. When we noticed there was no laundry detergent at check-in, we messaged the host and they brought it right away. Location: There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The neighborhood is nice, and popular walking areas are within a short walking distance. A note on smoking: The listing mentioned that you could choose between smoking and non-smoking rooms. We didn't specify our preference at the time of booking, so there was a slight smell of cigarettes. Something to be mindful of if you're sensitive to it. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

After my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home. I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level. You are not just a customer you are almost like family. Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect. 2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc. This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended. Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

The room is spacious and fine. Got a projector TV but all programs need to be paid for viewing. Problem is the drainage smell in the bathroom is too strong. This building is pretty old and drainage smell is always there in old apartment. Other than this, cleanliness is acceptable for me.

The location was good. The apartment area is clean and spacious. The room and bed is fresh and clean. I watch some movies on TV, which was paid for subscription for some kanals.

⭐ My Experience at FoShan Jinshazhou Mansion Hotel I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel — overall a comfortable, clean, and convenient choice in the Foshan Jinshazhou area. 🧑💼 Service The service was one of the highlights. Many guests mention that the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions or assist with check-in. The overall attitude feels welcoming and professional, which makes arriving and departing stress-free.  🏨 Facilities The hotel’s facilities are modern and well maintained, with rooms that feel spacious, clean, and properly ventilated. Many reviewers found the rooms well equipped and spotless, with excellent soundproofing, which made resting easy. Facilities like the gym, tea room, and leisure areas add extra value if you’re staying longer. Free public parking and EV charging stations are also convenient perks.  The location is quite convenient — it’s near Wanda Plaza and other entertainment/food hubs, which makes exploring local shops and restaurants easy.  🍽️ Food The on-site restaurant serves a buffet breakfast with mainly Chinese cuisine in a modern setting. Most guests who tried it enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated having a convenient meal option without leaving the hotel, though options are generally more local rather than international.  Also, because the hotel is close to a lively commercial area, you’ll find lots of food choices nearby — everything from local Cantonese snacks to casual dinners — which many guests enjoy exploring.  👍 What Guests Liked • Clean and comfortable rooms with good hygiene standards.  • Friendly and helpful staff.  • Good value for money, especially with free parking and nice facilities.

Located next to Zumiao subway (3mins walk) and only less than 20-25minutes from Shadi Airport which I landed (r18 by Didi) The hotel despite a bit dated are very conveniently located in ChanCheng District with all the must-go tourist attractions within 8-12minutes walk. The Fosan Lingnan Xintiandi is also 5 minutes walk thus make this location better than ShunDe District. I chose a room with small 2 windows (w night curtains ) mounted high on the wall facing the walkway thus allowing privacy yet some lights from outside. Room comes with aircon, TV, kettle, bottled drinks and toiletries but no hand soap (I’m fine with it as I can use the bathing gel to wash my hand). Lots of PowerPoints within the room too. A all in washing machine to do my laundry and I can hang them at the rooftop. Best of which , the staff actually moved my laundries indoor when I rained even though I was not in the hotel. Bravo and Thumb Up for the excellent services. I came for furniture shopping and it take me only 20mins or r17-r20 to reach the furniture wholesaler in Shunde. It is only 10-30mins to the 3 railway stations too thus Didi rides only cost less than r20 if you are heading to another city. Subway is 3 minutes walk on the right side of the hotel if you prefer that mode of transportation. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back for furniture shopping. Lastly checkout time is 15:00hour which is extremely helpful.

Stayed here in Dec 2024 Wonderful experience I would like to thank the front office staff for accepting the parcel on my behalf ordered from a local e commerce app Could not wait as I have checked out on Fri 10 Jan 2025 The parcel arrived I think around 17:30 hours as I received a call from a male front office staff He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations. Thank you once again

The complex is actually not that bad. The reception is on the other side of the street (East) compared to where the pin sits in the map (West). We were assigned a room in a building deeper into the neighbourhood. It seems to be a multi-building, multi-storey undertaking, certainly not a b&b-style, mom and pop business. While basic and shabby, we had a good sleep. Although blankets have not been changed for months, I believe. Y5 metro fare might be enough from Guangzhou downtown if you disembark at Leigang, where Walmart, McDonalds are, and walk the remaining 2 kms.
