Great place to stay. It is very close to the Outlets village. Also it’s easy to get around as the subway just 5 min away from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, there was washing machine in the room. AC AND WIFI worked well. Good experience!

After my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home. I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level. You are not just a customer you are almost like family. Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect. 2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc. This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended. Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

Stayed here for two nights and had a really pleasant experience. Check-in process: Booked in the morning and received a quick reply. While we were on our way, the host completed our remote check-in via WeChat. They sent detailed instructions on how to find the room and the door code. Everything was very easy and hassle-free. Room: The room was very clean, and the bedding was fresh. Complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and coffee were provided. A special thank you for the milk treat! Towels were disposable, which was convenient. The bathroom had liquid hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The only small thing was that there was no separate foot towel — not a big deal, just something to note. Housekeeping: On the second day, housekeeping was done while we were out. Fresh towels, water, and toiletries were replenished. View and comfort: The room was on the 33rd floor, offering a beautiful view of the city and the park. Despite the height, it was very quiet — we slept really well. The room is equipped with a washing machine, kettle, air conditioner, and a projector. When we noticed there was no laundry detergent at check-in, we messaged the host and they brought it right away. Location: There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The neighborhood is nice, and popular walking areas are within a short walking distance. A note on smoking: The listing mentioned that you could choose between smoking and non-smoking rooms. We didn't specify our preference at the time of booking, so there was a slight smell of cigarettes. Something to be mindful of if you're sensitive to it. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

The room is spacious and fine. Got a projector TV but all programs need to be paid for viewing. Problem is the drainage smell in the bathroom is too strong. This building is pretty old and drainage smell is always there in old apartment. Other than this, cleanliness is acceptable for me.

The location was good. The apartment area is clean and spacious. The room and bed is fresh and clean. I watch some movies on TV, which was paid for subscription for some kanals.

It was okay. Price was still cheap, even during the holiday. First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road. Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake. Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice. You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

Stayed here in Dec 2024 Wonderful experience I would like to thank the front office staff for accepting the parcel on my behalf ordered from a local e commerce app Could not wait as I have checked out on Fri 10 Jan 2025 The parcel arrived I think around 17:30 hours as I received a call from a male front office staff He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations. The complex is actually not that bad. The reception is on the other side of the street (East) compared to where the pin sits in the map (West). We were assigned a room in a building deeper into the neighbourhood. It seems to be a multi-building, multi-storey undertaking, certainly not a b&b-style, mom and pop business. While basic and shabby, we had a good sleep. Although blankets have not been changed for months, I believe. Y5 metro fare might be enough from Guangzhou downtown if you disembark at Leigang, where Walmart, McDonalds are, and walk the remaining 2 kms.
