很方便的位置，很新的酒店，乾濕分離，智能控制，配置齊全，附近美食很多。 唯一扣分項在早餐，有宣傳有本地美食，結果都沒有，問了廚師説好像沒貨，唯一有貨的宴球和松花糕説剛拿出來要蒸一下，幫我各留一塊，結果十分鐘過去全都沒了，説被人拿掉了，一共也就一籠。請問一個主打特色美食的地方，不備貨，備也就備兩種的兩三個的這是什麼回事，餐飲部一個負責人樣子的女士出來問了一下，也不了了之了，餐飲部好好反思一下吧。其他全滿分，餐飲2分，其他早餐也夠吃了，就是沒有當地特色還得出門去找。

先説優點： 1.主動升級了帶陽台的，陽台看出去可以看到房間是圍繞着這個水塘一圈的。就是這個房型的陽台很小連一張椅子都沒，除了對吸煙黨友好外，也沒有啥用。對面陽台大一點有躺椅，不清楚什麼房型。 2.酒店很新但沒有裝修味道，服務人員被動服務很不錯。為什麼説被動呢，就是你問你提要求衹要合理都能滿足也挺熱情。但是主動性有很大問題缺點裏説。 3.去之前看評論裏有説隔音差的，我這個房型的入住體驗還是不錯的，房間大，衞生間大，隔音好，空調聲音不吵。 4.天氣好的時候一定記得落日時回到酒店的5樓頂樓沁園（早餐的廳）户外，有落日有城牆有無邊泳池還能看到江，超級出片。看潮也沒問題。 再説缺點： 1.同樣景區內住宿，宣德門有管家服務，在入住前會詳細指引停車訊息，甚至有管家去停車場接人。主唱價位比宣德門高，是衹高在了酒店大堂公區建設吧。我理解主唱房間多可能沒法做到管家服務，但是在訂房渠道告知入住客人可以優先停遊客中心vip停車場也不是難事吧？如果第一次去古鎮的遊客，按高德地圖是不會給你推薦遊客中心停車場的，默認就是去比較遠要接駁車的其他停車場。遊客中心vip停車場就算門口立了車位已滿的牌子，出示酒店入住訊息保安還是會放行的有預留車位。 2.入住時溝通好生日的孩子送次日的早餐，結果第二天去餐廳沒有任何通知到餐廳，雖然最後還是給進了，但感覺確實不太好。 3.主唱的位置在古鎮內比較偏，出行衹能接駁車，人多得排隊等車，不適合很趕時間。特別是退房走時，託運行李有滯後，導致很多人需要連行李一起上車，大箱子很難放。入住時提醒一句建議行李箱在退房走前提前一點託運能省掉後面這些麻煩吧？以上3點就是我説的主動式服務欠缺。 4.是房間的硬傷。剛投入運營的新酒店淋浴房下水就很有問題，長久後不樂觀。
