Check-in at the front desk was also very slow, with only two staff members available. It felt like all the hotel staff were new; whenever I asked about a service, they had to go consult someone else. I asked about the operating hours for the path to the tide-watching spot and was told it closed at 5:30 PM. We arrived at the tide-watching park station at 5:11 PM, but staff told us we couldn't enter. The hotel's information on timings was inconsistent. Overall, the management felt disorganized, and this negatively impacted our experience. Environment: The route to the hotel was very winding; we had to keep looking and asking for directions. Many of the scenic spots here felt artificially created and uninteresting."

"We chose this hotel because we were visiting Haining Leather City the next day, and it's conveniently located, about a fifteen-minute drive away. Even better, it's right next to Intime City – literally, you just go downstairs and you're in the mall. The location is absolutely fantastic! **Environment**: It feels quite similar to Atour or InterContinental hotels, but at a much more affordable price. The overall cleanliness is excellent. **Facilities**: The bedding and furniture are all very high-quality. The headboard is leather, and the predominantly red and black color scheme is very conducive to sleep. The absolute biggest highlight, though, is the vanity – it has a huge mirror! The lighting is also great, so you can see everything clearly even when putting on makeup at night! There's also a generous amount of counter space next to the sink, perfect for all your cosmetics and toiletries. Plus, the hairdryer is a Dyson, which adds a really stylish touch. **Service**: Standard service, but there's one thing to note: since there were two of us, the platform only included one breakfast. When we called the hotel to confirm, they immediately sent us another one, which was very nice of them. The only minor drawback is that both elevators leading to the guest rooms felt a bit wobbly. I hope they can look into maintaining them."

"I booked a newly opened Hanting Hotel in Haining for my trip. It seems to have opened in early August; there were only 5 reviews at the time of booking. Location: Very close to the train station, about 600 meters walk, so transportation to all attractions is convenient. Especially for going to Yanguan Town, many tourist bus lines originate from the train station. The Haining Museum is about 700 meters away. So, if you want to explore the city and see the tides, this is a great place to stay. Cleanliness: Very good, plenty of water and air conditioning, especially considering it's a new hotel. Soundproofing: It would be better if the soundproofing could be improved. Some room types have windows facing an external shared corridor, and I could clearly hear the neighbor's children running and laughing in their rooms at night."

"This truly is the top hotel among the four in the scenic area, the largest and most magnificent! Upon entering the room, I found the layout a bit strange. You open the door directly into the bedroom with two large beds, and then you walk further in to find the living room. The living room doesn't have an air conditioning vent, so if we're sleeping and close the partition door, anyone in the living room would get very stuffy. So, the layout design isn't very reasonable. A key point is that while there are many suites, most of them have bunk beds. For family trips, people don't just bring children, they might also bring elderly family members, so bunk beds aren't very convenient. The bathroom, on the other hand, is quite spacious and has a double vanity, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was quite generous, and the dining area was very large. Since the weather was hot, we stayed in the hotel and enjoyed concerts throughout the day. We could hear at least two to three different concerts a day, never repeating. This place is definitely perfect for those who want to relax and do nothing on vacation. The shuttle bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and there are plenty of buses, so no waiting is needed. Getting in and out is very convenient. The staff were also very warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions."

"This hotel is right next to Nanguanxiang, within walking distance, so the location is decent, which is a plus. The room cleanliness was acceptable; it looked quite clean. However, some issues have been addressed. First, the soundproofing—last time, the sound of running water was clearly audible in the upstairs bathroom. The air conditioning was the same; if you turned the temperature down even slightly, it would start making a tractor-like noise, even with just a slight fan speed. It was a clanging, clattering sound, like a train rolling on tracks with a whistling noise. This time, the soundproofing was significantly better, and the air conditioning was already on. I paid special attention last night and didn't hear any noise. Overall, it seems like an improvement. Then, the breakfast—the variety was quite good. However, I didn't eat much; I just looked at it and ate a bowl of scallion oil noodles. The scallion oil was quite fragrant, and it looked fresh. Finally, the service—besides Atour's usual basic greetings, they even brought me a pair of earplugs beforehand. I'm not sure if it's because of the issue I mentioned last time, but overall the experience this time was pretty good. The underground parking garage at this Atour Hotel is large. The charging stations seem to belong to the property management; the receptionist recommended charging at a neighboring complex, which was significantly cheaper."

The service was excellent and all questions were answered promptly. Although only a portion of the ancient city was open, the scenery was beautiful, and there were many performances and interactive activities. The hotel also offers unlimited entry to the ancient city and a visit to Tide Watching Park. While there were no high tides during our stay, we did see some low tides.
