The hotel exterior was amazing, felt like we were in some sort of fairy tale. Location was fantastic too, right in the middle of the ancient city so we were in the middle of it all as soon as we woke up. Room was very clean and tidy, but the service was on another level. The breakfast was so good and had so much variety that we were full for the whole day! But the best part of our trip was Enwar, he was beyond AMAZING! his English was impeccable so we had a good time conversing and he really taught us a lot about the culture and we felt like we made a genuine friend on this trip. He took us to places after we got lost and really was an amazing human being, who also helped us get the best deals when it came to shopping as well! I wish nothing but the best for him. He also ensured we were super comfortable and all our needs were taken care of. ONLY 2 downsides were the room didn't have any window, which was not made super clear during booking and the aircon faced away from the bed so can get a little on the hotter side but nothing too unbearable as we generally had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable. Also the private balcony was accessible by anyone living in the hotel so wasn't exactly private.

帶老媽，外公來新疆，這次喀什之行最驚喜的就是這家民宿。位置特別好，離古城東門很近，出門就能逛古城，鬧中取靜，回到院子裏瞬間就隔絕了外面的喧囂。 大廳很有韻味，每個落座都很愜意，設計審美在線，每個角落都很用心，安靜又舒服。房間乾淨整潔，床品睡得很舒服，花灑水很大，洗護很好用奔波一天回來可以好好休整。 老闆和工作人員待人真誠，沒有過度的客套。會給我們分享本地靠譜的美食和遊玩建議，避開很多坑。入住還有帶有卡片的歡迎果禮、民族服飾體驗這些貼心禮遇，細節滿滿。 坐在小院曬曬太陽喝喝茶，真切感受到喀什的慢生活。不衹是找一個睡覺的地方，更是旅途裏一段很治癒的體驗，下次再來喀什還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給來南疆旅行的朋友。

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property is clean, new, and beautifully modern. A standout feature was the smart room system, which made controlling the environment effortless and added a cool, high-tech touch. The staff were exceptional. When I mentioned my late flight, the front desk kindly granted me a late check-out without any hassle. This understanding and flexibility made my departure day so much less stressful, and I felt truly grateful for their assistance. The location is unbeatable—an easy walking distance to the incredible Kashgar Ancient City. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit!

I have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

First of all, we had trouble finding this homestay. We tried both Amap and Google Maps, but both directed us to different streets. We asked several locals for help, but unfortunately, no one could point us in the right direction. Eventually, we came across a girl who recognised the name of the hotel and kindly walked us to the correct location. Our room was on the first floor and had windows facing the garden, but unfortunately, this meant no direct sunlight entered, which left the room feeling damp and musty, even though the weather outside was quite hot. The bathroom was also not up to standard — both the sink and the toilet could have been much cleaner. We understand that it was a budget option, but we still expected at least basic cleanliness.

This is an international youth hostel with an extraordinary atmosphere, and the environment and hygiene are also quite good. I first heard about it from a friend who stayed here before. It’s truly fantastic once you arrive! The two hosts are extremely kind—since it’s winter now, they even provided us with hot water bottles, which is so thoughtful. Especially coming to Kashgar from the colder regions of Central Asia, I feel much warmer here. I will definitely recommend this hostel to my friends if they come here next time.

Great hostel to stay at for a short trip to Kashgar! It’s close enough to the Ancient City (about a half hour walk) and easy to get to both the railway station and airport by bus. The amenities here are great with good lounge areas, free laundry, place to hang laundry, and a kitchen! The bathroom situation isn’t great thought because the shower is right over a squat toilet. Also this isn’t the cleanest tidiest hostel with rubbish overflowing and and luggage strewn around the reception area. It’s not a big issue but be aware the hostel is definitely not as nice as the photos!

民宿非常不錯，環境整潔，用具和備品質量優質，老闆娘非常熱情，員工服務周到，很有禮貌。廚房還可以代客人加工簡單的餐食，也可以自己上灶，非常方便和人性化，跟在家裡感覺差不多！特別是1樓的超大公共區域，圍爐吧，壁爐吧，書吧，茶吧齊全。喝茶聊天或讀書都很方便愜意，閑暇時光在吧枱發發呆，曬曬太陽很享受。旅行三年多來，這家是我們住過的一個非常不錯的民宿，印象挺深刻！推薦志同道合的旅行者都來感受一下！體味南疆，感受喀什！
