Had to ask around to locate the hotel. Didn't realize it is on the same floor as the arrival hall of the airport. The receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. She orientated me patiently on the facility in the capsule. Felt like in a spaceship, comfortable, clean and secure. What a creative idea!

We are a couple from Singapore. After traveling through Northwest China for more than four weeks and staying in several hotels, we found our experience at Return Inn, Kashgar, to be the best—it left the most positive impression in its price range. The owner does not speak English, but we could communicate via a translation device. His attitude was very sincere and warm, making us feel like we were meeting an old friend. The hotel is located very close to the ancient city. Although the facilities are basic, it has hot water, WiFi, and is very clean and tidy. There is no elevator, but the owner helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Highly recommended!

Nos alojamos en una habitación doble que estaba en la primera planta todo estaba limpio y teníamos el mejor aire acondicionado de todo el viaje en cinco minutos la habitación estaba fresquita, el hotel es precioso, está en una ubicación perfecta en el centro de las cosas, el desayuno muy completo con fruta fresca! La familia que gestiona el hotel nos trataron de maravilla, nos hicieron la colada, nos invitaron a ver cómo cocinaban, nos llevaron en coche para poder gestionar el permiso necesario para la carretera, la hija estudiaba español y fue todo mucho más fácil con su ayuda, nos regalaron dulces típicos buenísimos, preguntar cuales son ya que son tremendamente buenos, nos sentimos muy queridos y cuidados!!! Volveríamos siempre a este hotel donde no solo te llevas el poder visitar una ciudad muy bonita sino que te llevas todos los momentos con esta familia maravillosa, mil gracias por todo!!!

Loved staying here. I recommend people stay here if they want to appreciate clean environment.
