服務方面
前台小姐姐接趙敏接待很熱情，服務很好。剛來辦理入住就先給我們椅子坐和倒茶，還留了微信有問題會很快回復解決。保安也很好，看我們進來主動給我們按電梯。（後面還住了一天希爾頓惠庭，相比之下是雪龍莊園服務更好。我揹着包辦理入住十幾分鍾也沒有椅子，辦理完了才給倒水，裏面保安也呆呆的，衹會一直訂着你看）退房的時候，前台和保安還給了我們哈達，這是意料之外的驚喜。最後去扎基寺也是剛好用上把哈達留在了扎基寺。
房間衞生
前台小姐姐給我們免費升級了房間，房間採光很好，屋裡很暖和。裏面還有藏式的零食，很好吃。晚上因為渴，聯繫了前台馬上就送了一壺泡好的紅景天水上來。住了兩晚，第一天出去回來酒店也已經把衞生打掃乾淨了，很貼心的服務。
環境餐食
酒店環境在拉薩河邊，周圍很安靜，去布達拉宮，大昭寺等這些地方酒店會安排車送過去。酒店餐廳也是藏式風格，很大不擁擠不像希爾頓在前台旁邊裏面的甜茶很合胃口。

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann den interessanten Teil der Innenstadt (Jokhang Tempel) schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lobby ist sehr besonders und sehenswert.

酒店古香古色，很有藏族風情，雖然我們行程緊張，只是在拉薩停留一晚，但是很不後悔選擇這個民宿，小哥哥熱情接待了我們，他家的甜茶好好喝啊，濃濃的香醇奶味，我跟我的同伴超驚喜，沒想到疲憊了一天被這一杯甜茶治癒了。本來想嚐嚐他家的尼泊爾餐，很可惜在外面逛晚了，回來沒吃上，大晚上還在糾結吃啥的時候，小哥哥推薦了一家好吃的藏餐館，這一天，心滿意足。剛到拉薩，不知道怎麼搭車去林芝，也幫我們聯繫了去林芝的車，很感謝，解決了我們燃眉之急。熱情的服務，讓我覺得不枉此行。謝謝一路上遇到的可愛的人兒！

設施：有點年代感了，但該有的都有，像加濕器，製氧機房間都有，酒店可以翻新下了是有點舊。
衞生：還可以
環境：很藏式的酒店，住了三天感覺還可以，價錢在拉薩算不貴了而且有製氧機適合剛到高原的人，晚上開了製氧機睡得安穩，過馬路對面的巷子一直走就是八廓街。六樓吃早餐的餐廳能看到布達拉宮，晚上看有燈光更漂亮。
服務：前台還是很熱情的，有問必答。
缺點是早餐太過算單了，需要改良下。還有是有一天晚上停電一直到早上八點起床都沒電還得走樓梯上六樓吃早餐！沒高反都爬高反了

The breakfast time is great as be provided up to 1pm and food there is also acceptable. Staff at the front line is not so helpful as expected when answering for transport assistance. Cleaniness of room is OK but one time staff forgot to clear the bin. So the service on the whole is general.

拉薩最最最完美的體驗！
房間是詫寂風，這次住的是套房，不管是房間設施、備品，還是彌散是供氧，都完美的不行，前台、客房、餐飲員工，甚至停車的師傅，都親切的像好久不見的家人。
唯二美中不足的是：
1大部分房型的窗户都是面向天井中控區域的，陽光比較少，只有一面的房間能看到陽光，這個沒辦法，不過在拉薩白天基本都要出門，在接受範圍內。
2房間熱水不是很熱，夏季可能還好，冬季會感覺沒那麼熱，建議工程部能否修繕一下。
除此之外，沒有一點瑕疵，阿若是我以後再來拉薩的唯一選擇。

酒店地理位置優越，離大昭寺和布達拉宮都不遠，不在主幹道上，避免了來往車輛的吵鬧。房間衞生良好，特別是客房王經理的專業和熱情，讓我感到賓至如歸，也是我續住4天的重要原因。客房服務員也熱情認真。唯一有點不愉快的是入住第一天晚上，因為拉薩天氣比較乾燥需要多喝水，晚上讓客房再送兩瓶水，客房以下午已經給了兩瓶而拒絕。兩瓶水不值錢，但是會寒了第一晚入住客人的心，畢竟拉薩是高原城市，第一天到多少需要些調整。

It's a cute little traditional ******* style hotel that is just a stone throw from Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has an Indian restaurant downstairs. You can also find plenty of food along the Barkhor Street which is like 2 mins walk away. Potala Palace is also relatively near about 2km away. The hotel also has cute kittens running around.

YYennyI have to give 1 star service for this hotel. This hotel should put having a local phone number is a requirement for check-in.
They don't have experienced of handling non local guests.
Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay.
However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English.
I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here?
She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time.
It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel.

#衞生先説衞生方面：客棧整潔無異味，房間整潔，一樓接待客廳裝修精良，乾淨敞亮#服務老闆服務熱情，服務態度特別棒，主動幫忙提行李，熱心幫助分析旅遊路線，平常在房間裏有什麼需要的向老闆説老闆都會第一時間給予迴應，老闆還很貼心開車送我們去往八廓街等景區，服務🔝🔝🔝#位置交通客棧位置雖然不是在布達拉宮或者大昭寺等景區旁邊，但是説實話拉薩市區挺小的，騎電瓶車十幾分鍾就可以到市區，打車的話時間更短了，可以説是瑕不掩瑜#性價比這是不得不誇的一個點了，在拉薩旅遊的旺季，其他居住稍微舒適一點的酒店一晚都是三百往上走的，但是在這家客棧，我是以一晚一百多的價格拿下有着空調，加濕器，製氧器的房間，性價比可以説是拉薩最高的，老闆也沒有因為我們佔到這麼大的便宜而對我們有所情緒，相反的還對我們給予細無鉅細的關心和幫助，這讓我們很感動，也側面反應了老闆的品格是多麼的高尚，真的下次要是還有機會來拉薩，這家客棧絕對是我們選擇住宿的第一選擇

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
