最近，我又入住了溧陽中關村大酒店，這次體驗讓我對其舒適度和服務質量留下了深刻的印象。 首先，酒店的地理位置十分便利，位於溧陽市的中心，周圍交通發達，購物和餐飲選擇眾多。從酒店步行即可到達多個景點，適合商務出行或休閑旅遊。酒店周邊環境優美，綠化佈局合理，給人一種放鬆的感覺。 進入酒店後，大堂寬敞明亮，裝飾現代化且富有格調，工作人員的服務態度非常熱情，前台辦理入住手續迅速高效。值得一提的是，酒店提供了非常貼心的歡迎飲品，讓人在旅途奔波之後感到一絲温暖。 房間整潔舒適，設施齊全，特別是床墊軟硬適中，枕頭多樣，能滿足不同旅客的需求。浴室配備了高級洗浴用品，衞生狀況也十分令人滿意。窗外景色宜人，可以俯瞰城市景觀或欣賞遠處的山巒。此外，酒店提供高速無線網絡，連接順暢，適合商務需求。 早餐種類豐富，中西結合，尤其是本地特色小吃值得一試。用餐環境整潔有序，服務人員隨時關注顧客的需求，及時清理餐桌，保證了良好的用餐體驗。 溧陽中關村大酒店整體服務質量高，工作人員友善且細緻入微，無論是商務出行還是家庭度假，都是一個值得推薦的選擇。如果下次有機會再到溧陽，我一定會再次選擇這家酒店。 總的來説，溧陽中關村大酒店以其優越的地理位置、周到的服務和舒適的居住環境，為住客提供了高性價比的入住體驗。

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

This place is a mountain area, great for relaxing and good for couples enjoying their private time. There is no TV in the room, which is good because you do not want distraction. A really good place for reflection and Getaway from the hustling and bustling life. The service provided is great, and very prompt. They also provide transport back to the train station. If you want to have dinner at their premises, do note that you need to pre-book with them. Or you could call delivery.

非常滿意。到店後前台小張就很熱情的接待我們，幫我們辦理入住，帶我們熟悉酒店環境，還提醒我們餐廳地點和早餐時間。到了房間後，發現房間很大，而且配備的物品都很齊全，品質也不錯，配上大大的私湯，注重私隱的同時還能看山景。酒店內部還有完善的娛樂設施，最驚喜的還有萌萌的小“黑米”，很親人，擼狗的時候感覺整個人被治癒了，離店的時候太捨不得了[苦澀]

設施：設施很新，因為帶寶寶出行，提前問了老闆娘冰箱有沒有冷凍，冰箱很大，能放凍奶。 衞生：床鋪很乾凈，很整潔。 環境：環境很贊，在河邊，晚上很安靜。 服務：老闆和老闆娘服務都很熱情，臨走前還送我們，老闆娘燒菜的手藝絕了，燒啥都很好吃，魚湯喝了好幾碗，羊肉量也很足，絕了絕了👍👍👍

住的一樓，房間很乾凈。二樓房間自帶陽台，三樓有公共陽台，站在上面風景很好。 離南山竹海很近，走路 10 幾分鐘。 早餐清淡但是味道很好，晚上有個小地方可以預約自助燒烤。 老闆娘人很好，可以下次再來。

兩大一小體驗了一晚。度假村房間都是獨棟小別墅（單層/雙層都有，我們訂的是單層），別墅四周綠植環繞，我們的陽台外有一個小池塘。有管家服務和隨叫隨到的接駁車；有寶寶洗護用品、給我們床加了床圍；主動幫我們簡單清洗了車。👍遊樂項目非常豐富，但因為衹住一晚，來不及全部體驗完。 幾個遺憾的小點：1.房間熱水需要放久一點才能出來；2.房間沒有提供洗面奶；3.贈送的温泉票是需要自備泳衣的或者可以現場購買（這次沒有做好功課所以沒去體驗）。其他基本體驗很好，值得推薦。

民宿滿足了帶娃的所有需求，房間自帶的泳池很適合泡湯，樓下有一個大泳池，娃玩得很開心。民宿特別乾淨，叔叔阿姨和藹可親，阿姨燒的菜很好吃，相處起來就像家人。行程安排上會諮詢一下他們，他們都會給出很好的建議，漂流還是通過叔叔代買的，便宜了好多錢。

自駕出遊挺好的一地方，風景優美，超棒的天然氧吧，酒店裡麪還有挺多玩的東西，騎馬，卡丁車，在度假村玩了一上午，中午休息一下，下午再在酒店裡玩玩走走，很充實，特別感謝王傑經理的服務！Perfect！下次還來！
