Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. 這次和家人來溧陽南山竹海遊玩，入住了宅隱民宿天目湖御水温泉店，整體體驗特別治癒。民宿是簡約新中式小樓，背靠竹林，推開窗滿眼綠意，環境安靜清幽，遠離城市喧囂，完美契合想要田園放鬆的需求。 房間乾淨整潔，軟裝温馨舒適，配套私湯温泉很加分，遊玩一天回來泡個温泉解乏又舒服。老闆待人熱情貼心，會主動推薦周邊遊玩路線，還能安排本地農家菜，食材新鮮地道。位置離南山竹海、御水温泉都很近，出行遊玩特別方便，停車空間充足。 整體性價比很高，不管是情侶短途出遊還是家庭小聚都很合適，想在竹海周邊找清靜民宿的強烈推薦。

真的是大大的驚喜，一開始訂了另外一家網紅名宿，住了一晚上覺得不是很好，當天晚上就退訂後面房間，打開攜程臨時改成這家，沒想到來了以後，真的是太棒了！我的父母是對酒店裝修，環境有要求的人，這家住進來，我的父母不停的誇，甚至已經決定下個月再一次，老闆娘格局很大，人美心善，做的一手好菜，入住期間請我喝咖啡還送了西瓜，真的太感謝了，我們這次帶了狗狗，狗狗有時候會吵，我們也很不好意思，但是！老闆娘也很友善，對狗狗也很友好！我真的勸大家一定要來感受這家民宿，第一晚住別的民宿時就想回家了，後面住到這家民宿，完全不想回家，真正的身心放鬆！我希望老闆娘生意越來越好！真的百分百推薦！！！！

酒店很漂亮，環境優美，處處是景，休閑散步很舒適，自帶室外温泉，不過由於天較熱沒有去體驗，衹在外面看了下，很有意境。房間很大，乾淨整潔，床睡着很舒服，衞生間也非常大。膠囊咖啡機，迷你吧一應俱全，連吹風機都配備的是戴森。帶陽台，床面對着整面的玻璃移門，現野開闊通透，令人心曠神怡。服務周到，管家提前一天即已主動聯繫，發送酒店位置、內部活動以及南山竹海遊覽地圖等各種訊息，全程提供服務，反饋及時。早餐很豐盛，中式西式品種齊全，味道不錯，還有扎肝、麪疙瘩等物色點心，水果有荔枝、龍眼以及常規的西瓜、西瓜等等。家人們都很滿意。

I went to Liyang last weekend. And I stayed at the hotel with my family. I made a reservation for including Package. The hotel was too convenient to go to 南山竹海. It was too close to go. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a warm welcome. I was going to just go 南山竹海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. I don't remember person in charge what name was. But I really appreciate their kindness and plus there was one guy who was really passionate to take pictures. Their picture quality was really good.

真的挖到寶藏小眾民宿了！完全不商業化，安靜又有温度，一進來就覺得很放鬆。環境乾淨舒服，設計簡約有質感，細節處處用心。老闆人超温柔，服務恰到好處，不打擾但有求必應，住起來像在朋友家一樣自在。氛圍感拉滿，拍照不用濾鏡都好看。床品舒服，睡眠質量直接拉滿，是會想二刷、推薦給朋友的神仙民宿！

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

Hidden in the mountains and therefore quiet, family oriented hotel. Rooms were a bit old but more or less clean. Pool, lake and Hotsprings looked nice, but not too much else to do there. Restaurant is in the basement where food was just okay and not special. Free Coffee all day at least and more water was also supplied. We went rafting afterwards, what the kids liked a lot :-)

Kemudahan: Sangat mudah, dengan ciri rumah pintar, mesin kopi dan banyak lagi. Setelah dibuka 24 tahun yang lalu, ia agak baru. Kebersihan: Bersih, dengan aroma yang menyenangkan sebaik sahaja anda memasuki lobi. Persekitaran: Direka dengan cantik dan teliti, dengan banyak bintik fotogenik. Kolam renangnya menakjubkan, cantik siang dan malam. Bilik yang ditugaskan kepada saya mempunyai pemandangan yang hebat, pengalaman yang menggembirakan. Perkhidmatan: Aktiviti Festival Pertengahan Musim Luruh adalah banyak, termasuk konsert, bunga api yang indah, kuih bulan dan makanan ringan. Saya seronok meraikan percutian di sini. Jeritan khas kepada pembantu rumah kami, Xiao Tao, kerana sangat prihatin, responsif dan akomodatif! 10,000 mata! Saya datang khusus untuk melihat lokasi foto yang diidamkan, dan saya berjaya merakam foto lokasi yang sama. Saya sangat gembira!
