Hotel Nanning dengan Bar

A gorgeous hotel at an unbeatable price in the middle of the city. We got an upgrade to a suite which was fabulous. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is motivated and helpful, especially the two young men working at the concierge desk. They helped us if useful travel tips. The restaurant at the 1st floor serves traditional Chinese food and is popular among local guests. They even have some traditional singers performing. The breakfast buffet is more designed for local Chinese guests, but some Western breakfast items and and good selection of fruits was available. Around the hotel are many restaurants and there is a shopping mile nearby.

The professional service, friendly manner and a helpful mind delivery the perfect staycation experience. Especially after having a lost and found accident, the stuff took into action to courier the item to another city immediately. This hotel is the top choice of my next visit.

入住這家酒店是一次真正的享受。酒店環境設計極具巧思，園林打理得精緻優美，綠樹成蔭，花叢點綴，清晨還能聽到清脆的鳥鳴。最難得的是那份遠離喧囂的靜謐——房間隔音極佳，窗外衹有風吹樹葉的沙沙聲，夜裡睡得特別安穩。 周邊環境也令人驚喜，步行可至綠意盎然的公園，傍晚散步非常愜意。同時生活便利，附近就有品質不錯的咖啡館和便利店，動靜皆宜。整體而言，這裏將自然寧靜與生活便利完美結合，是繁忙旅途中一處身心靈都能放鬆的綠洲，強烈推薦給追求品質與安靜的旅客。

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

I must commend the hotel staff for their excellent customer friendly service. Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests.

超大透明滑梯、小帳篷還有全套迷你廚房玩具，娃進門直接撒歡玩一下午，不用出門找遊樂場。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨。必須誇管家玲玲，人超温柔貼心，有任何需求喊她馬上就到，全程服務特別到位，帶娃住這裏省心又舒服，下次遛娃還來！

跟閨蜜來南寧遊玩，精挑細選了這一家性價比很高的酒店，環境還是很不錯的，工作人員態度很好，房間蠻乾淨的，地理位置很好，前台工作人員還推薦了一家炸串還挺好吃的，地理位置優越，距離農院路很近，樓下就是地鐵站，出行方便，對於我這種不會開電車的小白很友好。附近的美食超多，選這家酒店入住沒選錯

出差入住體驗很好 環境：酒店整體環境雅緻靜謐，公共區域乾淨整潔，遠離喧鬧，辦公休息都合適，交通便利。 衞生：衞生標準拉滿，全屋細節都處理到位，洗漱台、玻璃、地面無污漬碎屑，床品每日更換，衞生間乾爽無異味。 設施：配套設施很新，網速流暢，24小時熱水不間斷，桌椅寬敞好用，隔音效果優秀，晚上休息不受外界干擾。 服務：前台效率高，服務細緻周到，有任何問題反饋都能快速解決，工作人員態度温和。 整體各方面都無可挑剔，商務出行首選酒店。
