"非常非常推薦入住，在葯用植物園裡麪，房間裝修很新，完全不用擔心衞生，非常非常寬敞，乾淨。
我們住2樓，一樓是游泳池，我們的房間窗户正對游泳池，孩子下樓就可以游泳了。
一樓池邊房的陽台可以直接下游泳池，太太太舒服了。
游泳池有淺水區（1米2），和深水區。
我們住了兩天，晚上可以去看燈光秀，直接走出賓館門就行了，難以置信。大人35元燈光秀門票，孩子25元。長者免票。
第一天餐廳有一個孩子考上覆旦大學的升學宴，第二天有一場婚禮。
實在想不出這個賓館有什麼缺點，下次來南寧必須要再來。"

"This hotel is located a few kilometres away from Nanning Station and Nanning East Station, making it a convenient place to stay at if in transit. Their rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only downside is their cleaning time. If you are assigned a room on the 20th floor or above, they will come clean after 9pm, which is very late. It doesn’t matter if you press the “Do not disturb” button, because they will still repeatedly knock on the door and ring the bell."

DDavidHotel is located diagonally across Mixc shopping centre and easily accessible from 万象城 station on Line 1. It’s 7 stations away from 朝阳百盛步行街 on the same line.
We asked for non-smoking room and were assigned a room on level 3, the only designated non-smoking floor. However the windows open to the atrium courtyard and hotel guests fragrantly flouted the no-smoking signs throughout the hotel and cigarette stench prevails. I advise non-smokers to avoid this place.
Hotel has central heating during this period and it’s not possible to control the temperature in your room if you prefer cooler temperature. We had to resort to opening both door and windows to induce airflow from the cooler corridor.
小米 TV provides a reservoir of content for entertainment for purchase if the usual china terrestrial channels are not your cup of tea. The complimentary welcome drinks at the lobby is a nice touch. The complimentary afternoon tea from 2-5pm merely recycles leftovers from breakfast and can be skipped.
Next trip back I’ll probably pick a hotel near 朝阳广场 for greater ease of access to shopping and restaurants.

First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. NNguyetDTMThe location is easy to find, the front desk Xiaoli is considerate and hospitable, the hotel is equipped with a 24-hour gym, the laundry room is very convenient with LG industrial washing & drying machines. The guest room equipment is also very new and clean. Intelligent equipments like Xiaodua, automatic curtain and night lamp are plus points. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. Staffs of the hotel are very supportive and nice. Though, they can not speak English, we still communicate well via Google translate. There is a very very good restaurant near to the hotel (you can see in the restaurant bill attached, just 900m far from the hotel). We also can reach Nanning Renmin Park by foot (i.e 25-30 mins).

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.
