This property exceeded all of my expectations and is the best place to stay when you visit Sun Moon Lake. This is why I loved this hotel: Excellent customer service, very well kept and clean rooms and common areas, amazing breakfast buffet selections, central location, and did I mention the staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet had one of the most varied selections I have ever seen! I have traveled the world and this is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at. I really enjoyed the people in this town, the lake is so beautiful and what a nice change of scenery and fast pace from the city.

去日月潭好多次，竟然沒發現有家這麼漂亮的城堡，這次非常期待入住，位置離日月潭和埔里都不遠，大約20分鐘左右，到埔里市區吃飯很方便。房間有浴缸，但階梯很陡容易滑倒，要很小心。隔天的早餐有點小失望，是一盤早餐，飲料有自助吧，食物樣式和份量不算多，生菜只有一小片，建議可以增加沙拉吧及一些水果。另外，服務生要我們用餐後把餐具自己放到回收車，這讓我很驚訝，早餐不是自助的，也只是一個盤子，難道服務員不能協助收走嗎？這麼漂亮有質感的環境，放了一台回收餐車（見照片）,真的很突兀，有點失望。希望飯店能更好，提升服務品質，整體上我們還是滿意
