Hotel Shenyang dengan Bar

Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. It’s very close to Shenyang Olympic Sports Center, which made it super convenient for attending a concert. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Forgot to take a pic of the room because it was make us so surprised with the room environment, it was look so nice and clean,inside the room have a washing machine,bathtub and the room space is very big, nice location,hotel provide breakfast also very nice 💯next time if come back shengyang again i will book again this hotel !

The service staff were friendly. The room was clean. A minus was someone, presumably only 1 guest, had ravaged the free ”tea bar” and taken all (several) nice Chinese style fabric bags as well as most of the tea and left a mess after themselves.. The view from the room was not nice. The room rate to me was a bit expensive, and more expensive than I expected in Shenyang compared to other cities in China. To me it was in total not worth the price. Here considering the view as well. The laundry room seemed to be locked at night. I also had issues getting in and out of it besides.

Very spacious room, impressive lobby and good airport location. Wanda Plaza is only 6 minutes away by DiDi. The freshly prepared fish at breakfast was excellent. Complimentary water should be readily available instead of only provided upon request.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Mermaid at the front desk is my favorite person, her customer service is impeccable. This is my second time coming here. The hotel is perfect, so much peace😌and the room was updated so nicely. I will go ahead and recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great experience at the Phoenix Hotel. The housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is amazing. Service top notch. We did find the room very hot - even though it’s freezing outside. It’s also a bit inconvenient to ride the subway- the hotel is located between two stations, making it a bit far to get to either one.

The hotel is ideally situated adjacent to a shopping center that features a variety of dining options, and it is within walking distance of the Subway H exit. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, although it is equipped only with a heater and lacks air conditioning. Guests can open the window for fresh air, but it is advisable to keep it closed on days when air quality is poor. The breakfast offers a diverse selection, though the preparation of some items could be enhanced. However, I encountered an issue with the lady manager who spoke to me in a rude manner at the Front Office Desk, whose rude demeanor was unprofessional and indicative of a need for further training or reassignment, as she does not exemplify the qualities expected of a good manager.

They off the centralised air-conditioning without informing us upon check in. Couldn't breathe when no ventilation in room, no window that can be open, breakfast menu was the same for 3 days. Paid high cost but everything was bad.. will never go back.

Overall, the location is pretty good and near to the Shenyang palace. However, didi drivers don't seem to be familiar with it and always drop me at the other side of the hotel. In terms of cleanliness, there are many corners in the room that are left rather dirty/dusty. As I didn't spend most of my time in the room and there are slippers, I didn't want to ask for a change in room or whatever. On the room itself, I thought it was small yet sufficient. Liked the xgimi screen. One thing to note - if you are a light sleeper like me, where you can't sleep with noise or light, you may wish to note that the rooms are almost not sound proof and the blinds don't really block the light from shining in too.

I was living here for 5 nights, the stuff wearing the traditional clothes was kind. Its location is the best in Shenyang! 100m away from Gugong, 5 minutes from the closest metro station. I lived in 6-person room. Roommates were quiet, majority of them lived for a night. My capsule was good, but had some hairs close to a mattress, but I immediately closed eyes to that point, because, I repeat, price is great. A hall is amazing! WC is clear.
