Hotel Shenyang dengan Bar

- There's a faint urine smell in the toilet. - the front desk continously frown when talking and cannot articulate what exactly she wants, looks flustered. - there's 2 packages to be returned to courier, gave specific instructions to only return one package but they gave both to courier and now wants me to settle it myself.

Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. It’s very close to Shenyang Olympic Sports Center, which made it super convenient for attending a concert. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Forgot to take a pic of the room because it was make us so surprised with the room environment, it was look so nice and clean,inside the room have a washing machine,bathtub and the room space is very big, nice location,hotel provide breakfast also very nice 💯next time if come back shengyang again i will book again this hotel !

Very cozy hotel, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, great staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, next to the European street, bars and restaurants, and walking distance to places that you wanna see.

We stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel. It turned out to be one of the best hotels during our three-week travels in China. It was better than other Hilton hotels during our trip. We enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel. There was a lot of variety and many exotic dishes. Moreover, the second morning, there were many new dishes. They pay attention to detail at this hotel: at the gym at other hotels, it is often hot and there is no water. Here they give you a bottle of water as you enter the gym and it’s nice and cool there with lots of exercise equipment. The AC system is quiet. We slept well there.

Wonderful three night stay, really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, lots of selection and quality very good. Room was especially nice, very roomy and modern and feng shui in room very good, shower in room was spectacular, gym well-equipped with latest generation machines. Huge shopping connected to hotel building with many floors, including a food court and also medium to high end restaurants and also a supermarket so very convenient location. Sylvia and Ivy at the front desk were very warm and pleasant during check-out, would stay here again if ever back in Shenyang.

The location of this hotel is excellent, only a few minutes by car to Imperial Palace and General Zhang's former residence. Also close to major shopping centre. The service of Eric is very impressive. He is so friendly, professional and enthusiastic. We were lucky to have him explained all the ticket and transportation details when we check in. He followed up with all our requests like the booking of a car for next day to the airport. A very great experience for us to spend our anniversary there - with hotel special decorative arrangements - very appreciated. Swimming pool and gym are a bit small but not a deal breaker. We will stay again next time. 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful time at the New World Hotel. Enjoyed the location, shopping, food, spa/swimming pool, the night view. Perfect for our holiday.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Mermaid at the front desk is my favorite person, her customer service is impeccable. This is my second time coming here. The hotel is perfect, so much peace😌and the room was updated so nicely. I will go ahead and recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed as Family with 2 children at the Hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Also the rooms are comfortable and clean. The Hotel Location is close to the Train Station and some of the Tourist attractions. Unfortunately, there is not the „real pulse of Shenyang“, as it is More in a „railroad like“ area.
