"Let me start with the positives. The hotel environment is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the room view is great. The swimming pool and fitness area are fantastic. The front desk staff and service personnel were all very good and responsive. The robot room service was also very convenient. Now for the downsides. For a hotel at this price point, the bathroom amenities are really subpar, significantly worse than comparable hotels. Secondly, during both nights of our stay, we encountered wedding rooms on our floor. The front desk did not inform us upon check-in if we minded being on the same floor as wedding parties. In the morning, relatives of the wedding party staying in a nearby room kept opening and closing their door, creating a lot of noise. When I reported this to customer service, the hotel manager who responded actually questioned my feedback, telling me the wedding room was 'a certain distance' from mine. He used the most polite tone to say the most disrespectful things, which made me very uncomfortable. After learning there would be another wedding party on the second night, they offered to move us to a different floor. Ultimately, they resolved the issue of noise on the second night by moving the wedding party to a different floor. However, regarding the disturbance to our rest on the first night, all I got was a 'sorry.' Moreover, the security guards downstairs did nothing about the wedding car convoy; they occupied two lanes for a long time, preventing our pre-booked vehicle from entering. We had to walk to the intersection ourselves. In summary, for the same price point, I would not highly recommend this hotel, because at this price, hotels are all about the details and service."

What surprised me most was that the Liaoning Provincial Museum was opposite the hotel, and you could go there. Wanda Plaza is at an intersection from the hotel, which is very convenient. The newly opened hotel is clean and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hygiene is meticulous. On my second day, as I was heading from my room to the restaurant for breakfast, I felt a bit chilly and casually wondered aloud if I should go back for a jacket. Li Si overheard me and promptly led me to a semi-enclosed booth where the air conditioning wasn't as strong. Soon after, Alice Liu Dan, the restaurant manager, offered me a hot drink. Her service was both professional and incredibly thoughtful. She was constantly busy in the restaurant, attending to every guest with great dedication. She even gave me a small gift when I left! [Gift] The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and very nutritious."
