"The Zhongjie Imperial Palace Hotel is right downstairs from Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. It's only a 15 to 20-minute walk to the Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and there are plenty of great food and entertainment options nearby. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay, the facilities were well-equipped, and they even offered a complimentary late check-out. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommend!"

"After getting off the train at Shenyang Station, it was just a few minutes walk to the Northeast Asia Hotel. In the evening, my child stood by the window looking outside. Suddenly, he pointed at a specific spot outside the window for a while. When I asked him what he was pointing at, he said he was trying to count how many lights were lit up at the very top of that building, but they kept flickering and he couldn't count them clearly. I joined him and we counted twice, but still couldn't get a clear count. He then said, 'Maybe I don't need to count them clearly, it's enough to just know they're flickering,' and then he pulled his hand back. He wanted to count but couldn't, and in the end, he convinced himself that he didn't need to. It was like he made peace with those flickering lights."

"The lobby is on the 26th floor. Breakfast is from 7 AM to 10 AM, and there's a late-night supper from 9 PM to 3 AM. The underground level is a parking lot. My room faced Yitian Holiday Plaza. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion. Downstairs is Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, which is great for eating and drinking – super convenient! The bedding is soft and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is very stable and the hot water supply is excellent. I'll definitely be back next time!"

There is a recreation center, gym and swimming pool on the 7th floor. The facilities are very complete. The surrounding facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient. There are subway lines 1 and 10. It is only one stop away from Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. The location is very advantageous and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Manager Pu and Manager Tian have a very good service attitude. They can solve problems patiently and think from the customer's perspective. Five-star praise. Note, there is no electricity in the bedside socket, which is a bit of a pity."

"My husband and I wanted to go to Shenyang from Beijing for a weekend getaway. I booked a room online and found this Monarch Wanxin Hotel. An executive room, including breakfast for two, for only 1399 RMB for two nights. In my impression, the hotel has an excellent location. It's a very upscale five-star hotel in Shenyang. So I booked it without hesitation. Before check-in, Lena, the customer service manager, called in advance and arranged an upgrade to a scenic executive suite. This was truly exceptional value for money! From the 30th floor, you can clearly see the Hun River scenery across the way. What a beautiful Shenyang... The hygiene was good, and the floor was quiet. The executive lounge also offered delicious dumplings and wontons. For breakfast, you could enjoy the view of Youth Street below. A modern city with high-rise buildings all around. All in all, a fantastic weekend travel experience. We'll definitely come again next time ✌🌹"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic, from the environment to the service, everything exceeded my expectations. I especially want to commend Vision, the front desk attendant. He was so attentive and warm, I'm completely won over! I was traveling with my family on short notice, and we arrived late at night during a light rain. My family was quite tired from the journey. I had originally booked a standard room, but when checking in, I casually mentioned to the front desk attendant that my elderly family members are light sleepers and I was worried about noise at night. To my surprise, he took it to heart and immediately and thoughtfully upgraded us to a quiet room on a higher floor, free of charge. He was patient and gentle throughout the entire process, not perfunctory at all. He proactively and helpfully informed us about the elevator's location, breakfast times, and the parking lot entrances and exits. Worried that we might have trouble getting around at night, he specifically advised us on local road conditions and the hotel's nighttime services. The attention to detail was exceptional. I was exhausted from traveling late at night, but this unexpected, thoughtful service instantly cured my fatigue. Beyond the incredibly helpful front desk service, the hotel's overall quality was also excellent. The hotel environment is clean and grand, with public areas that are tidy, bright, clean, and odor-free, creating an overall quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room's cleanliness was also very good; there was no dust in the corners, and the bedding was soft and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. The room facilities were complete, the Wi-Fi speed was super fast, the hot water was stable, and the toiletries were clean and good to use, resulting in a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, drinks, and fresh fruit, all fresh and with a homely taste that didn't disappoint. The entire service team was highly professional, polite, attentive, and responsive. A good hotel isn't just about good hardware; what's even more rare is sincere and thoughtful service. The professionalism and gentleness of this front desk attendant made the entire trip exceptionally warm. It's incredibly good value for money and definitely worth recommending. I'll choose this hotel again for my next stay!"

"I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! It's right next to Qingnian Street Station, the only interchange hub for Lines 1 and 2 in Shenyang, offering direct subway access to Zhongjie Street, the Forbidden City, and the Olympic Sports Center. You can also get to Taoxian Airport, Shenyang North Station, and Shenyang Station without any transfers, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, and the service is warm and friendly. My kids absolutely loved the family duplex room on the 24th floor. In the evenings, after the kids were asleep, my partner and I could enjoy a barbecue and watch TV downstairs without disturbing them at all. Having laundry facilities available while traveling is an absolute lifesaver. Seriously, it's so convenient! All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Shenyang."

"This hotel is a complete disappointment. The staff is incompetent and unhelpful. Despite repeated requests, they ignored our needs, responded slowly, and clearly lack the skills for their positions. I'd suggest they be fired. Early morning cleaning disturbed our sleep. When we checked in with a cake, the front desk readily agreed to store it in their fridge. They also readily agreed to dry our laundry when I called. Yet, the next morning, rushing for our flight, our clothes were still soaking wet – they hadn't touched them. In our haste, we forgot the cake. I called from the airport, asking if they could send it on the next shuttle. Again, they readily agreed. But the shuttle arrived, no cake. When I called again, they stammered, saying they forgot. Fine. Without any anger, I politely asked if they could send it on the *next* shuttle. What arrived instead was a small bun. How do you confuse a large bag of cake with a tiny bun? It's not that I couldn't have done these things myself; I simply had a lot going on. But if you're going to agree so readily when I ask politely, then do it! What's the point of agreeing if you're not going to follow through? Or should I simply not trust them? If you agree to do something and can't, or forget, the least you can do is tell me. They didn't even bother to say anything. If they couldn't do it, why not just say so when I asked? I didn't say anything more, but my friend went back to the hotel to get the cake, only to find it hadn't been refrigerated at all and had completely melted. Is this how you run a hotel? Paying nearly double the price of the guesthouse next door for this kind of service? This was a truly terrible experience, the most disappointing stay I've ever had at a Lavande Hotel. It might even be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!"
