The smart devices are easy to operate, even for older guests. The bathroom floor is non-slip, adding to the safety. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so you can always find someone if you have an urgent matter at night, and they also offer free luggage storage for large items. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants, so you don't have to go far for food or supplies. The room is cleaned daily, and toiletries are replenished promptly. The location is next to a lot of shopping centres, and underground malls. The train station is around 10 minutes walk, also it’s between two metro stops which both around 8-10 minutes walk. The gym is great, a lot of good quality equipment. The playgym for the kids also nice, maybe a few more toys would be good but overall it’s a good place to burn some energy for them. I highly recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed the Cinema too."

There are disposable free bath towels and toiletries. The room is clean and tidy, and the projection effect is good. However, the room is in short supply and must be booked in advance. I wanted to stay the next day but couldn't book it. I called the boss and didn't want to change the room. He said that the room was booked and he would change me to an upgraded room. The boss is very nice. I am very satisfied."
