體驗感非常好，首先位置在景區旁邊很近，門口停車方便。酒店環境非常好，整片蘆葦盪彷彿酒店後花園一樣，體驗了遊船觀鳥，小朋友覺得特別有意思。最最值得一提的是酒店服務超級好，前台的工作人員特別耐心温柔，入住第二天下雨，給我們提供了雨傘，還送了奶茶和伴手禮，禮賓區小哥哥也超好，撐着傘一路送我們到車上，幫我們拿行李。當然房間設施也很棒，總之是一次完美的入住體驗，下次親子度假還會選擇這家酒店的！推薦大家來體驗！

設施：酒店看着比較老式，我們定的小黃鴨主題房裡麪非常新穎，設施很到位。 衞生：乾淨整潔，就是遊樂場希望可以日常清理一下，有些地方有些不乾淨。 環境：同裏古鎮邊上，周邊感覺比較安靜，然後酒店很大，燈光偏暗很多地方不開燈就感覺顯得很蕭條，去的時候正好白海豚之後，同裏湖湖面上來淹了部分。 環境：小黃鴨主題房很大，無論房間和廁所，房間裏一張大床＋可拼接小床，還有個小黃鴨帳篷，一進來吸引孩子目光，我調整了一下桌子和玩具桌的位置就讓空間變大。廁所也很大空間，還有晾衣架設定。房間裏面有咖啡機，水，大黃鴨玩偶，minibar之類的，房間裏小孩子東西多。 服務：熱情周到，喂小兔子那裡我一個人帶孩子不方便，她們就會在邊上幫我弄菜和胡蘿蔔給我們投喂，還會提醒我安全。遇到的每位酒店人員都是很不錯的。 設施：泳池強推，有三種温度的泳池，正常泳池給人游泳。第二個小泳池有小型滑梯，水温略温就很適合帶孩子的水上樂園，而且也不深很淺。第三種泳池是温泉池，可以泡温泉，很新穎。 建議1：餐廳適合孩子的飲食希望增加，鐵板燒和日料對0—3孩子並不適合，中餐廳也沒什麼適合的，可以增加家常菜品適合0—3孩子的，比如番茄炒蛋，小餛飩之類的，因為我看來往的小孩子很多。 建議2：早餐請必備白煮蛋，如果有親子推薦的話，真的早餐白煮蛋是孩子或者説大人長者都要吃的，而不是半熟温泉蛋，最後一天白煮蛋是我們要求幫忙特地煮的。 建議3：小童樂園可玩性不大，感覺不適合。

I had a really pleasant stay at Songzhiyu 3 Pingjiang Road Homestay. The place exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent — situated in a convenient and scenic area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, especially around Pingjiang Road. What truly stood out was the service. The hotel personnel, 十七, was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and was always ready to assist with any questions or needs, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The amenities were also great, with everything we needed provided and functioning well. Overall, it’s a very cosy and comfortable place, perfect for a relaxing trip with friends. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

I had the best experience possible. The owner is a perfect host, we had a great time talking to her and sharing experiences. The structure is so well designed and decorated, it felt like a magic ancient world! Don’t miss the chance to enhance you trip to Zhouzhuang, book it now!!

I arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner.   I didn’t and still don’t  have an eSIM that can make local  call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free.  I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands.  I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.  I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their  blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop  to Suzhou which was my next destination.  This  operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a  lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.  After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge .  If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass.  Do check with the owner for up to date information.  The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.  Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. .  There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from  the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy.  It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances. The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.  This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.  I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in  Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I  couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket. 

Kemudahan: Peralatannya sangat baik dan pintar. Mod pancuran mandian hutan hujan tropika sudah memadai. Ia hebat dan mempunyai tekanan air yang mencukupi. Kebersihan: Bersih dan baik. Persekitaran: ***a Jepun yang elegan. Perkhidmatan: Sangat baik dan bertimbang rasa. Abang dan kakak meja depan mempunyai rasa perkhidmatan yang baik. Minum petang layan diri untuk dua orang: Lokasi yang bagus di Shilu Pedestrian Street.

Unforgettable travel experience!!!! Reliable customer service, hotel contain gym, hot springs, and nice food around. Quiet and convenient. It is about 10mins to walk to closest metro, 15 mins to closest shopping center. Stuffs are so nice and polite. I must give a shout-out to the service team of this hotel! Mr.Chen is meticulous and considerate in his work, always thinking of the guests' needs. The front desk staff, Ella, is professional and patient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The concierge, Gary and Connor, are especially warm-hearted, helping with luggage and route planning with great reliability. Throughout the stay, I was taken care of with great attention to detail, making the stay extremely comfortable!🤗🤗🤗🤗

這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。 最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。 酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。 這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。 總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。
