Hotel Suzhou dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I was surprised how sophisticated this hotel is especially located in Pingjiang road. The room is spacious, clean and the location is excellent. Right in the center of Pingjiang street and it is so convenient. Easy to get Didi /Taxi too. The staff is very friendly, and the management also owns many other businesses nearby. Housekeeper auntie is nice and friendly too. Highly recommended. We will be back again to Suzhou for the photography and definitely will book this hotel again.

Pengalaman saya di Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake memang di luar jangkaan! Hotel ini terletak di lokasi utama Tasik Jinji, bersebelahan dengan Ferris Wheel 'Eye of Suzhou' dan Muzium Seni Kontemporari. Ia boleh diakses terus dengan metro, dan dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Eslite Bookstore dan Yuanrong Commercial Plaza, menjadikan ia sangat mudah untuk berjalan-jalan, makan, dan bersiar-siar. Reka bentuk keseluruhannya menggabungkan daya tarikan Jiangnan Suzhou dengan trend moden, mewujudkan suasana yang menakjubkan, dan kawasan awamnya sangat 'instagrammable'. Bilik-biliknya luas, dengan perkakasan yang serba baharu, dilengkapi dengan pengering rambut Dyson dan peralatan mandian berkualiti tinggi. Minibar percuma untuk pusingan pertama adalah sentuhan yang sangat baik. Kakitangan mesra dan penuh perhatian, bertindak balas dengan pantas. Sarapan pagi menawarkan pelbagai pilihan dengan rasa yang enak, dan kemudahan seperti kolam renang yang dipanaskan dan gimnasium juga tersedia. Berjalan-jalan di tepi tasik pada waktu malam, menikmati pemandangan tasik dan lampu kota, sangat menyenangkan. Ia sesuai untuk kedua-dua perjalanan dan percutian singkat. Saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini lagi apabila saya datang ke Suzhou pada masa akan datang~~

The service was excellent! The customer service was extremely responsive and friendly on WeChat, and the front desk helped us collect our many Taobao parcels. They even gave this soft toy as a present when they lost (and subsequently found) one of our parcels. The room is clean, spacious, and modern. The hotel location is also great, it is in a quiet area in Suzhou with many restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. Our room came with a large yard, though it was mosquito season when we were there. Highly recommend!

The location is one of the best parts of this hotel. It is just a short walk to Pingjiang Road, which is great if you want to enjoy the canal view and explore the area before it gets too crowded. It is also very close to Guanqian Street, the main shopping district in Suzhou, where you can find street food, shops, and fashion stores. For sightseeing and convenience, the location worked very well for us. The room itself was comfortable, especially the bed. However, the space is a little small if you are travelling with two 24-inch luggage bags, as there is no proper luggage opening area and we had to open our bags on the floor. We stayed on Floor 2. When we first entered the room, there was a heavy pee smell coming from the bath area drain. We were too tired to request a room change, so we let the water run for a while and thankfully it helped to clear the smell. After that, the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived during very hot weather, and they checked us in quickly so we could rest. Since there is no lift in the hotel, the staff helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. The hotel also provides free snacks, coffee, tea, and lime plum tea. They even gave us a cute fridge magnet as a souvenir, which was a nice touch. One thing to note is that taxis cannot stop directly in front of the hotel. You will need to walk about 5 minutes to the main street to get a taxi. For travellers with heavy luggage, I strongly recommend taking Exit 4 instead of Exit 5 from the metro station, as Exit 4 has a lift.

I had a wonderful stay at Wenlv Gusu Yard Donghuali. It’s more of a charming 民宿 than a traditional hotel, and that’s exactly what makes the experience so special. The service was exceptional. We had very heavy luggages, and the staff immediately offered to help us carry them up the stairs to our rooms. If you order food delivery, the staff will also kindly bring it straight to your room, and they were consistently helpful with any of our requests. They also prepare a healthy and delicious breakfast every morning, which was a lovely way to start the day. The location can be a little inconvenient at first as the 民宿 is tucked deep inside a quiet lane, but once you get oriented, you’ll find that it is actually very close to many popular attractions. We appreciated the balance - peaceful surroundings while still being within walking distance of key sights. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful views of the courtyard. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

What I liked: the location of the hotel was almost ideal, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was quite nice and tried to solve problems as efficiently as possible within their power and the late checkout is wonderful. I do tend to ask a lot of questions, and they were very patient and communicated well through WeChat. They also allowed me to check in early. The property is beautiful and modern. It’s an Instagrammers dream. Hotel toiletries are nice. All aesthetics inside the room are excellent. Easy walk to the Suzhou MoCA/Suzhou Eye, Times Square and many malls and restaurants. There’s also a complementary mini bar with beverages. The indoor refrigerator is cold. The robes are a high-quality and so are the slippers. Hansgrohe and Kohler. Voss water. Good toothbrushes with Colgate toothpaste. What needs to be addressed: before booking the room, I went to the hotel, asking in broken Chinese and English if breakfast was included because the listing says “Brunch & Diptyque bath amenities” for a room with a Lakeview. I was told yes. So I booked the room on the spot. The staff was nice and took me to my room. When we entered, it was beautiful, but it was a sauna. They turned the air on, but unfortunately, there is no temperature adjustment. I had to use the fan that I brought with me for 30 minutes before I decided to go outside because it was cooler out there. It cooled down when I came back later that night so that wasn’t a problem. I was later informed that brunch was not included, but that they would happily comp it for me for free pending a good review. I skipped brunch. Furthermore, there is technically a view of the lake, but the windows on the first floor, basically faced the very busy sidewalk. I saw a guy peeing 3 meters away from me when I opened the curtains. Drunk people at 2 o’clock in the morning walking by laughing. If you book the Lakeview room make sure it is not on the first floor.I could not keep my curtains open. There’s literally always people outside before 3 AM and after around 7AM. I did not receive the promised upgraded Diptyque bath amenities listed either. No shower shoes. No international language TV options, pay per view only. Not completely soundproof, but not too bad. There’s also no in room information about the hotel offerings, and they pay all of this money to have hotel information connected with their television, it is not utilized. A few issues could be avoided if they would just update the listing on this website with correct information. Be careful when choosing this room type. You might as well pick a room that is 200 RMB cheaper. “Lakeview” is it a lie, but it’s definitely stretching the truth. “Walkway view with the lake in the background” is more accurate. All of this said, I will probably come back to this hotel. I will just stay in a cheaper room. Overall, I was quite satisfied with their resolutions with any problems that did arise. They did offer complementary bread at checkout.

I arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner.   I didn’t and still don’t  have an eSIM that can make local  call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free.  I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands.  I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.  I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their  blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop  to Suzhou which was my next destination.  This  operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a  lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.  After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge .  If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass.  Do check with the owner for up to date information.  The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.  Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. .  There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from  the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy.  It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances. The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.  This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.  I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in  Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I  couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket. 

We stayed 1 night in this lovely hotel on a Sunday night. We managed to check in early at 1 pm and was upgraded from the 30 sqm king room we booked to a larger 41 sqm room. The room is new and used lovely bath amenities, an Australian hotel brand. Our stay came with a set dinner for 2 persons and the food was delicious. The pricing in the hotel restaurant is similar or cheaper than any other regular Chinese restaurant outside. We paid the next day at lunch time to eat Chinese food at the hotel again as the restaurant environment is nice and service is good. They have a very well equipped gym which unfortunately we did not have time to use during our 24 hour stay. Our room rate included breakfast and the selection was generous, the only negative would be the coffee beans they used are too acidic but that’s a personal preference. The location of the hotel is slightly to 1 side of the Suzhou old city but some sights like 网师园 are walking distance. Suzhou city is actually quite spread out, no one location is best for sightseeing. The great thing is didi only cost less than RMB10 per ride from this hotel so it is still very convenient. I would not bother with the Suzhou subway, it is not as convenient as the one in Shanghai. Oh yes, the cable TV have english programming which is nice for a hotel in China. I believe this Artyzen Habitat brand is managed by the Macau Shun Tak group. Will stay here again for good value and service. 这个酒店非常好，值得回来再住。五星级的设施，四星级的价钱。

Ini kali pertama saya beri ulasan yang tak berapa elok sepanjang saya guna Ctrip. Kakak di kaunter daftar masuk masa check-in tu, ada satu perasaan tak best, macam ***a penjawat awam😒. Bilik keluarga cuma ada katil sofa🛏️ tambahan, agak keras dan tak selesa. Tab mandi🛁 pula, tak ada air panas untuk anak-anak mandi. Terpaksa masak air guna cerek dan campur dalam tab mandi sambil mereka mandi. Saya check-in hari Khamis petang dengan tiga anak perempuan. Berus gigi yang diberi tak cukup malam pertama. Dah lewat malam, tak nak ganggu staff rehat, jadi kami guna saja apa yang ada. Esoknya, bila saya minta berus gigi dari staff perempuan, dia tanya soalan yang pelik: 'Semalam tak gosok gigi ke?!' Maksudnya, 'Mana berus gigi semalam?!'. Saya cuma senyum. Berus gigi sekali pakai, anak saya yang kecil dah guna dan buang. Dia mana tahu nak jimat simpan untuk guna lagi. Sarapan pagi pula ala-ala bento 'sembilan petak' tu, bolehlah, boleh diterima. Tapi, kakak yang uruskan sarapan pagi tu, layanannya memang bagus. Air-cond pun sejuk! Entahlah.
