Hotel Suzhou dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and amenities are really good. The service staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is actually very good for tourist because it is very convenient to assess a lot of food and photo taking sceneries. The thing is, it is not exactly easy to find the taxi will only send you to a place nearby and then you would have to figure out how to go to the hotel. There are some rooms on the second level so it might be a bit tiring to climb up the stairs but we were fortunate to get rooms on the ground floor with a courtyard view. Do look out for mosquitoes but there are mosquito repellent provided. Breakfast is also provided, we had noodles and some condiments. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. A relatively new hotel in Suzhou. The room is comfortable but the lake view has nothing to shout about as it faces old residential neighborhood. Better to have a courtyard view. The surrounding area is nicely built up but not much people traffic. There is a metro station nearby but hotel guests tend to book Didi car services especially when going for sightseeing. Every staff greets us whenever they see us, makes us feel welcomed. Hotel room has all necessary amenities that makes our stay comfortable.

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was the outstanding service from the front desk team. From the moment we arrived until check-out, they were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They kindly helped arrange a better room for us, which made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. Plus, they provided children's slippers and toothbrushes at check-in, showing great hospitality towards kids. The hotel is new and very clean. The location is absolutely excellent, near the Pinjiang Road area, one of the most beautiful and famous ancient streets in Suzhou. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely book here again next time.

The room is actually bigger than I expected and the bed is very comfortable. Wonderful location inside the Gusu old town with walking distance to Lion Forest Garden and the Humble Administrator’s Garden. The host was very friendly and helpful. She helped me get my online delivery as well. The only downside when the hotel was full some other guests can be a bit noisy.

It’s a pity we only spent one night in such a special place. Everything was so carefully arranged by the staff, even offering a mid afternoon snack in the room. Loved everything. A special thanks to 小徐 for the excellent service at the front desk

The hotel is lovely. Especially the service from the staff. Most of them speak English and are always willing to help. If anything goes wrong they make sure to correct it and leave you satisfied. Rooms are quiet and spacious. The breakfast is good , has bit of variety of western and Chinese food. The highlight for me was the food truck by the patio. It sells affordable and delicious hotdogs and very yummy ice-cream. there is a small water show in the evening as well . It’s also near a mall so many food options. A little far from the subway or train station but I’ll still give it a 10/10!

We stayed 1 night in this lovely hotel on a Sunday night. We managed to check in early at 1 pm and was upgraded from the 30 sqm king room we booked to a larger 41 sqm room. The room is new and used lovely bath amenities, an Australian hotel brand. Our stay came with a set dinner for 2 persons and the food was delicious. The pricing in the hotel restaurant is similar or cheaper than any other regular Chinese restaurant outside. We paid the next day at lunch time to eat Chinese food at the hotel again as the restaurant environment is nice and service is good. They have a very well equipped gym which unfortunately we did not have time to use during our 24 hour stay. Our room rate included breakfast and the selection was generous, the only negative would be the coffee beans they used are too acidic but that’s a personal preference. The location of the hotel is slightly to 1 side of the Suzhou old city but some sights like 网师园 are walking distance. Suzhou city is actually quite spread out, no one location is best for sightseeing. The great thing is didi only cost less than RMB10 per ride from this hotel so it is still very convenient. I would not bother with the Suzhou subway, it is not as convenient as the one in Shanghai. Oh yes, the cable TV have english programming which is nice for a hotel in China. I believe this Artyzen Habitat brand is managed by the Macau Shun Tak group. Will stay here again for good value and service. 这个酒店非常好，值得回来再住。五星级的设施，四星级的价钱。

Ini kali pertama saya beri ulasan yang tak berapa elok sepanjang saya guna Ctrip. Kakak di kaunter daftar masuk masa check-in tu, ada satu perasaan tak best, macam ***a penjawat awam😒. Bilik keluarga cuma ada katil sofa🛏️ tambahan, agak keras dan tak selesa. Tab mandi🛁 pula, tak ada air panas untuk anak-anak mandi. Terpaksa masak air guna cerek dan campur dalam tab mandi sambil mereka mandi. Saya check-in hari Khamis petang dengan tiga anak perempuan. Berus gigi yang diberi tak cukup malam pertama. Dah lewat malam, tak nak ganggu staff rehat, jadi kami guna saja apa yang ada. Esoknya, bila saya minta berus gigi dari staff perempuan, dia tanya soalan yang pelik: 'Semalam tak gosok gigi ke?!' Maksudnya, 'Mana berus gigi semalam?!'. Saya cuma senyum. Berus gigi sekali pakai, anak saya yang kecil dah guna dan buang. Dia mana tahu nak jimat simpan untuk guna lagi. Sarapan pagi pula ala-ala bento 'sembilan petak' tu, bolehlah, boleh diterima. Tapi, kakak yang uruskan sarapan pagi tu, layanannya memang bagus. Air-cond pun sejuk! Entahlah.

I arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner.   I didn’t and still don’t  have an eSIM that can make local  call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free.  I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands.  I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.  I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their  blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop  to Suzhou which was my next destination.  This  operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a  lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.  After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge .  If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass.  Do check with the owner for up to date information.  The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.  Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. .  There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from  the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy.  It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances. The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.  This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.  I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in  Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I  couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket. 

It was an amazing journey staying in this hotel! Absolutely wonderful environment and service here. Fully recommended to my friends who plan to travel to Suzhou!
