Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

這次黔西南之行最驚喜酒店，02房絕美景觀，早上醒來讓電動窗簾徐徐開啟，落地窗外羣山環抱萬峯湖，如同一幅重彩山水畫，住過很多海景山景房，這樣羣山叢坐，碧湖半露的景象獨一無二，另外，工作人員雖然不多，但前台兩個小姑娘的服務之細緻周道堪比五星級酒店前台，整個入住期間非常愉快，最後感慨一下峯兮老闆的眼光，怎麼就能拿下這麼塊地，厲害👍

It’s tastefully done up Japanese style with a touch of Chinese deco and breakfast was very delightful . 小張 especially and her team were very good host . The outdoor ‘Onsen ‘bath was great overlooking into the forest in Wanfenglin. Also well entertain by the house dog . Excellent retreat for those who want a serene place to stay . Was sorry that we stay only 2 nights . Highly recommended .

原本以為一樓會潮，但沒有，打掃的很乾凈，住了兩天每天都給打掃衞生，其他沒有住人的房間也在認真打掃，很不錯。空調給力，所以屋裡不潮濕，也不冷。距離鄉愁集市很近，夏天應該很熱鬧，現在淡季就很安靜。早餐的粉好好吃，可惜第二天一早就趕高鐵啦，沒吃第二頓。雖然是民宿，但真的是很認真的在做的民宿，衞生、洗漱用品、餐飲都很用心。

不愧是貴州省優質民宿 客棧硬件，軟件，服務都物超所值。 客棧最大的優點就是公共活動平台寬敞，幽靜。 整個客棧視野開闊，最看中的是環境衞生，很乾凈無異味。床墊，枕頭都是比較講究的。特別表揚一下枕頭，客棧老闆是會生活的。 客棧服務，幾個姐姐妹妹説話輕聲細語，服務優先在我們的需求前，她們應該是很喜歡這份工作，每天就連公共區域的衞生也是打掃得比較仔細的，而且難得是她們沒有太多班味。 寵物友好，必須大讚👍。 下次有機會一定入多住幾天。

The owner of the hotel speaks English, very well. recommends places to visit, restaurants, coffee shops, and arranges a car from Wanfenglin to Guiyang for only 170 yuan per person. The breakfast is very delicious, the noodles are soft and tasty. The accommodation is very good. We very happy the hotel over 5 stars .the dog and cat very lovely

We travelled from Sydney and stayed here for two nights. This hotel exceeds my expections. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast and coffee are delicious. Location is wonderful. Most important of all, the staff is friendly expecially the ladies who look after the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

We visited Muyun on our way to Guiyang. The resort is a pleasant surprise. Driving from the airport through the local neighborhoods, you do not foresee this setup! Excellent - you get the vibe from the moment you step outside the lobby. The facilities are well designed and are made with every detail taken into consideration. Room facilities and amenities are very high end. Value for price is excellent. Venues and garden landscape is impressive. We tried the spa which is equipped with branded oil essentials - 5/5 Breakfast was also well appointed and the venues for both Chinese and western restaurants very comfortable. 5/5 Tea room was also beautiful and we spent one afternoon there - We were lucky to avoid the holiday peak days and enjoyed excellent service by the resort’s staff.

Clean rooms, great service, beautiful surroundings, and a very relaxing stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Wanfenglin!

Very close to the shopping malls and the square, very easy to find, can order waimai to the hotel room. Clean and tidy. Has all necessary amenities. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
