Staying hotel was unexpected beautiful experience that we have. First of all, the location of hotel was the center of scenic spot we could walk around. It was so easy to visit every spots by walk and we loved to take a stroll in farm in the morning.
Second, the hotel was so beautiful and so clean and convient to stay. We specially love to spend our time at lobby, tea room, and even kichen. Having breakfast with watching morning farm fields and Wanfenglin was unforgetable experience! It was just like a dream house that we're longing for!
The last, the people who worked in the hotel. They were so kind and treated us like old friend or family (later we became the friend!!)
Overall, we will come back this hotel again and stay more days with our kids.
Lovely place and people, and beautiful scenic spot! We will never forget!

這次是自己一個人出行的，想找個僻靜的地方放空一下自己，就從平台上定了這家有特色的民宿，給我的體驗感是很不錯的，從入住開始，民宿的管家小姐姐熱心的指引停車位和拿行李，打擾衞生的阿姨也會給予非常熱情暖心的問候和行為，臨走的時候管家小姐姐還送了份伴手禮，裏面的小物件挺有意義的，鐵鎚管家很可愛😍握手技能運用得很嫻熟，下次還會再來的～

服務沒得説，前台服務周到，本來想要升級房間，前台帶我們去看房，長者看了不願意，既無抱怨又無不耐煩。態度點贊👍
環境，衞生，設施對標4星以上。
我覺得算是性價比非常高的酒店了。就是早餐一般般。三百多塊錢這個服務，這個配套不能太挑剔了。適合自駕，坐車吃飯相對較遠。
酒店還是值得推薦的！

衝著温泉去的，到了泡池卻告知設備故障泡不了，打電話給前台，前台小姐姐很快給出瞭解決方案，給我們升級到了雲尚別院，體驗感拉滿。酒店環境不錯，硬件設施也很棒，戴森的吹風機、菲拉格慕的洗護用品、科勒的衞浴，minibar還有零食飲料，但也許是位置原因，也許是過了旺季，入住率不高，早餐也是點餐制，但餐品質量可以，槓子麪很香。另外要給禮賓部的小夥子點個贊，靦腆又熱情。希望酒店越來越好，也希望有機會再來體驗。

This twin tower building is a landmark in Xingyi, which stands out for its modern appearance. Rooms come complete with all the expected up-to-date amenities.
Dining outlets on the premises include Chinese, Western and Japanese restaurants as well as coffee shop and lobby bar.
Business guests are invited to make full use of six meeting rooms and one large multifunctional hall seating up to 600.
For leisure options, a workout in the gym and a refreshing swim at the pool are on the list.

地理位置：酒店坐落在興義最繁華的地段，出門不遠就是主街道，有商場，很多吃飯的地方，還有一條河。富康應該是當地有名的企業，不遠處還有富康集團和開發的樓盤。
設施：雖然裝修風格和佈局都比較老式，但硬件設施比較完善。酒店也比較氣派豪華。地下停車場也免費。房間比較乾淨。
餐飲：早餐種類豐富，重要的是菜品不錯。是我在貴州一週住下來早餐最好的。泉水煮雞蛋和茶葉蛋很好吃，至少能證明菜品不錯。
服務：美中不足就是服務人員的服務意識還需加強。一是沒有人幫忙搬行李，二是訂單包含一張萬峯林門票，但退房還需要顧客主動去問，前台沒有交接，系統也沒有備註，導致還要查看微信羣確認是否幫忙預訂了門票。另外，是否開車也沒人主動詢問。如果想可持續發展，還需要提升服務品質。

Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

PPengguna Tetamu超級好的入駐體驗，老闆看着佛系，但其實非常走心的經營民宿，所有的細節都很讓人暖心。有兩衹貓咪非常可愛，
設施：
很新的民宿，而且裝修都很講究，還有凈軟水系統，看得出老闆對生活很有要求。
衞生：
很乾凈舒適，馬桶上還貼心的給了酒精消毒濕巾。
環境：
在小鎮上很安靜，到鄉愁小鎮是步行的距離，一路環境靜謐也很舒服，到萬峯林景區大概2公里，早上跑步很舒服。旁邊是居民區，窗外風景一般。
後院老闆自己種了很多多肉植物，長得很好，養了兩衹漸層貓貓超級可愛。
服務：
早餐是老闆親手做的米粉或者麪條，乾淨舒服。
老闆非常熱情，關於旅遊的問題，衹要問了就會介紹的很全面，後來決定在萬峯林多呆兩天，很遺憾沒有在這裏多住兩天，第2天訂就沒有房了。以後有機會再來。

The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure.
In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery.

OOlsenWhen you arrive at the hotel, you will feel very welcome and a high-end atmosphere. The homestay is run by a loving young couple, who are very good, kind, skilled in business, and polite in language. When you enter the room, you will find the hygiene is very meticulous, and the bedding is very comfortable - actually the best at any hotels we have visited for a long time. All the items in the room have been carefully selected for a good match and overall a very good environment. It really impressed us. The decoration is pretty good and cozy, everything is good, and it's worth the money and good even for longer stay. Breakfast is rich, healthy and good quality
The view to Wanfenglin mountains from the room and viewing platform at 2nd floor is great.
If we come back to Wanfenglin, we will definitely select Hidden Reading·Fengyu Scenic Resort again:)

EEstellaHow does a stay being outstanding from others with same location, same scenery and surroundings? These are the important points that affects me:
1. The service
2. The cleanliness
3. The connection (with their guest)
Hechu Minsu gives me the best experience with all the above. Awesome stays with them!
Although they require a certain amount of deposit, look at the amenities and facilities, to me, it's necessary and it's refundable anyway. The quality of the stays come from a bad experience of the Minsu owner in other places, thus she set the standard with hers. Will definitely come back!

PPengguna TetamuDated hotel, but the stay was still comfortable. Bathtub was nice. We chose to stay here as our flight arrived at night and so that we could go to Malinghe canyon. We enjoyed their free airport pick up service (contact hotel at least 24hrs in advance), which they still provided even though our flight was delayed by 1.5hrs to only arrive at 23:10... Definitely helpful as we didn't not have to compete with the other travellers for a Didi. We only realised that the canyon was closed that day after reaching the scenic spot. Gentle reminder for fellow travellers to check first before heading down to malinghe canyon. Breakfast had variety.. Was just alright.

PPengguna TetamuThe hostel's location is great, within the Wanfenglin area. The owners are extremely welcoming and they went out of their way to help me and make me feel at home.
They organized a couple of dinners with the other guests and the atmosphere was great.
Moreover one of them used to be an English teacher so communication is very easy.

PPengguna TetamuThe guesthouse is in a village in Wanfenglin, only about a ten minute walk to the scenic area visitor center. There are facilities such as bike hire and some small shops and restaurants nearby. The owners are very friendly and speak great English; they gave us lots of helpful suggestions on activities to do in the area. The room is clean and comfortable. You can do laundry in the guesthouse, too. It's a lovely area to stay in, and usually quite peaceful. There are quite a few mosquitoes around, so bring bug spray. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for a great stay!
