There is rewe nearby to buy your groceries and food at affordable prices.
It is walkable to main market central/ central hall. About 15 mins.
There is kettle, bed is nice.
Got a small gym but without treadmill. Hope to see a threadmill the next time.
I will stay here the next time.

Thomas SuzhouThe hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management.
My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

優點：服務員很友好。酒店位置好得不得了！就在老城！車可以停酒店門口！辦入住很快。早餐還算豐富。水在每層樓的電梯那裡可以接。這點非常好。缺點：沒有電熱水壺，沒有拖鞋牙膏牙刷，水壓比較小，洗澡洗很久才能洗完。房間隔音不太行，外面摩託聲音聽得非常清楚。幸好附近房間的人不多，倒是沒聽見人聲響。床墊有點太軟，枕頭非常的高。

Nicely located, clean and comfy bed. However the design of the wall mounted TV is questionable as people of the same height of the TV might bump their heads - I did a few times due to the narrow space between the wall and bed.
The hotel staff themselves are helpful but they should train the kitchen or delivery staff as when we were checking out and asking to store our baggage, although the receptionist was really lovely and helpful, somebody with the kitchen symbol written on their uniform joked/commented ”it's not a bomb right?”. This is a totally unacceptable comment, and people from the service sector should not say something like this, especially if we pass all the security controls to get to your city and spend money in your city.

Pengguna TetamuI’m staying at this hotel when visiting my mom who lives nearby, so for me the location is perfect. Breakfast selection and staff are great. Staff attitude and attention of housekeeping and front desk are below average. This time bathroom mirror lights in my room were not checked before arrival and didn’t work. I was offered to move to another room but decided to stay as I was traveling without my wife. During my 4 day stay the light wasn’t repaired even though front desk was reminded. When leaving I reminded them again without a word of regret or thanks.

Excellent hotel, the receptionists were very friendly and professional. I made my reservation through Trip.com, you can choose if you wanted a quieter room or not. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation, and we returned to the hotel early in the evening, so it seemed quiet. The elevator is a bit small if you're traveling with a stroller, however, everything else was great.

Staffs were friendly and ,the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and modern.Will highly recommend to friends. Unlimited tea/ coffee/ hot water can be used 😀 The location is so good.So convenient walk distance to Bremen train station and city centre.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, wir durften unser Zimmer deutlich vor der regulären Check-in Zeit beziehen. Wünsche bzgl der Lage wurden berücksichtigt.
Die Einrichtung des Zimmers, besonders des Badezimmers, ist ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional und sauber. Der Fernseher hat leider eine unmögliche Position. Das Bett war ok und der Ausblick auf den Fluss sehr schön.
