Cute little boutique hotel situated in the Gothic area of Barcelona. Location was perfect. Walking distance to major attractions especially Gaudi’s masterpieces. Hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas . Smell of fresh pine leaves filled the lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Rafael and Mariona who helped booked my tickets to Familia Sagrada at the last minute . It was my second time in Ohla and the welcome team came with champagne and chocolates. This nice gesture was really appreciated. O stayed in the Junior suite and the room was clean and well appointed . Only minor issue was the breakfast , while good, was the same everyday. I stayed for 4 days and wished a little variety would be great. Perhaps more Asian food as a lot of the hotel guests seems to be Asians. About the only Asian food was plain rice and miso soup. All in all a close to perfection hotel. A little more pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the outside, the building is fairly ordinary and doesn’t stand out much, but the experience improves significantly once you’re inside. The room was cozy, warm, and welcoming, with a nice view that made it enjoyable to spend time there. It felt comfortable and well-maintained, creating a much better atmosphere than many hotels in the area. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day comfortably, although it wasn’t particularly remarkable. Having stayed at several nearby hotels, I would recommend this one over most of its competitors. While it may not have the most impressive exterior, the comfortable rooms, pleasant atmosphere, and great service make it a better overall choice in my experience.

位置：就在加泰羅尼亞廣場旁邊，機場大巴A1/A2線終點站步行5分鐘；樓下公交站、地鐵線，可直達各主要景點；巴特羅之家步行5分鐘，老城區（親吻牆、主座教堂）步行10-15分鐘，桂爾公園/聖家堂打車10分鐘、12歐，焦糖山打車20分鐘、15歐，tibidabo打車30分鐘、20歐。人少公共交通、人多打車都很方便。 房間：25平左右，基本設施、洗浴用品齊備，有保險櫃。親子房型會有額外的衣櫃床，面積也會更大一些。酒店有門禁。 服務：比較熱情，會有行李員幫忙提行李，一些小問題反饋後也能及時處理。 不足：有些設施還是有老化現象（410房間淋浴水壓偏小，空調似乎需要電話前台控制）。

The reception staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We also truly loved the rooms—they were beautiful, well-maintained, and added a lot to the overall experience. The team was generally very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. However, there was one small disappointment. I had requested a birthday arrangement for my husband on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I completely understand that such requests are not always guaranteed, but it would have been appreciated to at least receive a reply or update.  Overall, we had a lovely stay, and with a bit more communication on special requests, the experience could have been perfect.

we had booked for 3 persone but the room prepared only for 3 ... They immediately solved it, but slippers and more remained for 2 . Room too noisy near the stairs you could even hear footsteps and all the others... The staff were kind and very helpful.

We stayed with my spouse and child. I would generally recommend Hesperia Hotel to everyone. The hotel's location is very good. The rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most importantly, it is a quiet hotel with no noise. For those who want to enjoy the Barcelona view, I recommend staying on the 11th floor or higher.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. We enjoyed the stay as the location is within walking distance for food, shops and near the Metro station. The buffet serves 24 hours is awesome as in the middle of the night, we could just walk-in and enjoy the drinks and snacks and chit-chat. The counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall we have a great time during the stay!

Nice, clean hotel with a decent-sized room and comfortable beds. I especially loved the shower! There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which was really convenient. A couple of things would have made the stay even better — having a kettle in the room and a proper bin. There was an illy espresso capsule machine, but it didn’t work properly. Also, there wasn’t a bin in the room itself, just a very small one in the bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk to Sant Gervasi Metro Station, with only a 6-minute train ride to downtown Barcelona, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was large and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, and tea, which was a nice touch. One of my favorite features was the lobby, where complimentary lemon-infused drinking water and a coffee machine were available 24/7. It was great to enjoy a refreshing drink any time of the day. As a football fan, I was also delighted that the hotel had channels showing the FIFA World Cup 2026, making it easy to catch the matches from the comfort of my room. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful amenities, and excellent value for money—what more could you ask for? I would happily stay here again.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.
